    - No parties or antisocial behaviour
    - No additional people are to access the property without our prior approval
    - No pets are allowed in the property without approval
    - No smoking is allowed at any times
    - If you break something, please let us know
    - To help protect all floor coverings do not wear any shoes inside the property

    Please be aware that excessive noise such as amplified music, vocals or screaming or anti-social behaviour in the property or common areas can cause neighbours to complain to us, the Building Manager, Council Rangers or Police.

    IMPORTANT: Any breach of the House Rules may lead to a $500 fine plus compensation for any cost/damage created and immediate eviction of the property.

    Finally, when checking out, we kindly ask you for the following:
    - Please leave all beds unmade

Das gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Apartment mit Pool und sicherem Parkplatz ist eine ordentliche Unterkunft. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut aufgeteilt. Ich habe die bereitgestellten kostenlosen Toilettenartikel und Handtücher sehr geschätzt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei und das Internet war zuverlässig. Auch der sichere Parkplatz ist ein Pluspunkt. Insgesamt hat es meine Erwartungen an einen komfortablen Aufenthalt erfüllt.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im Comfy 2-Bed sehr genossen! Der Außenpool war ideal zum Entspannen nach langen Tagen. Die Wohnung selbst war gemütlich und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet, wie zum Beispiel einer Waschmaschine und einem Föhn. Die Terrasse war perfekt für meinen Morgenkaffee. Außerdem war die Lage ideal, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder!

Die Küche war mit Geschirrspüler und Backofen bestens ausgestattet, sodass die Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten kein Problem darstellte. Das kostenlose WLAN war ein nettes Extra, um in Verbindung zu bleiben. Der Außenpool war ein herrlicher Ort zum Entspannen nach einem Tag voller Stadterkundungen. Absolut empfehlenswert!
