Friendly staff, good price, air-con was great, no towels in room though 🤔, area around the hostel was a little run-down/creepy with similar types of ppl close by.

Property not well kept. Implies with towels on bed in pictures & says all necessary amenities provided they arent. Did the job for the one night we needed. Decks look better than they are.

I had booked the room last year for 4 people in a doorm and when I arrived they had put all of us in different rooms it’s not what I had booked. It was dirty and to see a mop bucket emptied in the communal kitchen was just disgusting as it’s were people cook.

Ok. Good only as convienent to Suncorp Stadium for Elton John concert. Sheets had stain on it and marks on it, but couldn't get changed as night manager wan't answering or returning phone call. Endided up putting top sheet and blanket on bed to cover bottom sheet. Supose what do you expect for a Backpackers Hostel.

Set of only 3 shower/toilet cubicles for 30 rooms Security doors and room doors being propped open during the night to facilitate Clandestine meetings. Aircon going all the time. Tattered blanket. Locks broken on shower and toilet cubicles. But, the showers were hot and the staff were most friendly and accomodating.

Good - Temperature of rooms;helpful staff Average - lack of cooking hotplates for number of guests. Especially when some don't work. Same applies to fridge space and door where my food was not closing properly. Sharp cutting knives. Bad - Room swipe card constantly not working

Chili backpackers hade ett grymt läge i staden men rummen var galet små, täckena va bara en dålig filt och AC var super kall. Sov med tjocktröja och långbyxor men frös ändå hela natten. Pratade med personalen men dem kunde inte göra nått, fick en till filt dock men det hjälpte knappt så jag blev jätte förkyld. Inte så skoj och inte värt.

Good location. The receptionists are nice and friendly, and the bathrooms are clean! Very good experiences:) The only drawback is the windows which in the room cannot be open, a little bit sultry.
