「This was the perfect location for visiting our friends, walking to great restaurants and shops, and getting to public transit. The cottage was cozy and quiet, tucked back from the street, with a beautiful garden outside the windows. The bed was comfortable and the place had all the necessities for our stay. 「悪かった点・ソファベッド込みでツインの部屋だったはずなのに、ソファベッドの組み立て方の説明はされないし掛け布団やブランケットが一切用意されておらず、寒くてとても困った・カーテンが破れてボロボロ・部屋が道路に面していたので車が通るたびにうるさい・カーテンを開けると道路から丸見えになってしまうので防犯上の観点から閉めざるを得ず、部屋が暗かった・お風呂にシャンプーやボディーソープなどを置く場所がなくて不便だった・クローゼットの上段にドライヤーが置いてあったがわかりづらいし高くて取りづらかった・部屋のドアにドアチェーン的なものがなく不安だった・ホテルの入口が開きっぱなしなのにフロントにスタッフがおらず無人の状態のことが度々あり不安だった・チェックアウト時にもフロントに誰もおらず電話をしたら「ルームキーをデスクに置いておくように」とだけ言われたが、無人の状態で置いていくことにとても抵抗があった良かった点・チェックイン時に周辺のおすすめレストランを教えてもらえて参考になった・ペットボトルのお水やコーヒーメーカーが無償で提供されていて有り難かった」

「Cozy little cabin! Stayed with my husband and two dogs for 4 weeks! I didn't realize until we arrived that the house was located near a major bike blvd/protected bike lane which made so much of Berkeley and Oakland accessible. 「A gem of a property in beautiful Marin county. Super quiet and peaceful. Impressive views of downtown San Rafael. A clean and updated mid-century modern property that is cozy and it's own private balcony. A wonderful heated pool that is large enough for lap swimming. Host provided all the necessities along with snacks, premium coffee, and a bottle of bubbly. Onsite EV charger was convenient, just paid the local utility rates.」

「The apartment was very clean and quiet. It's in a good neighborhood convenient to Balboa Park BART station, a Whole Foods, and a Safeway. At most times it was about a 15 minute Uber ride or 30+ minute BART ride from downtown San Francisco. The only thing we would have appreciated is some other way to make coffee than a Keurig machine; we made do, but a cheap French press or pour-over drip would have been nice. Thanks for the great stay.」

「It could have been great… the apartment is nicely updated and tidy, but DIRTY! The good news is, this is an easy fix and I hope the homeowner will take heed. The bathrooms and kitchen were dirty and full of the homeowner’s personal items-weird and gross! Additionally, the beds were like sleeping on a slabs of granite! We stayed two nights, and between the dirty bathrooms and uncomfortable beds, we couldn’t have faced another night! 」

"こぢんまりとしていますが、映画に出てきそうな素敵なホテルでした。フロントにはコーヒーや紅茶、ウォーターサーバーもサービスであり便利。浴室内は白と黒を基調としたタイルで、バスタブも深く、入浴剤も置かれていてさまざまなところにちょっとしたアメニティが用意されていました。置き傘もあり、本当に古き良き時代のいいホテルと言った雰囲気でした。エアコンなしとは書かれていましたが、なんの不便もありませんでした。素敵なホテルで良かったです。 "
