「Perfect spot in Montauk, close to the beach and town. We walked to town with a 3 year old and infant in the stroller and very doable nice walk. The condo is clean and equipped with basic necessities so bring anything you might need cooking wise. Kept the baby in the bedroom and our 3 year old in the living room but we made it work. Kelly is extremely responsive and a pleasure to rent from.」

「My family and I visited for 3 nights in late April, and this was the perfect place for us! Conveniently located in walking distance to downtown Greenport, with ample street parking, and the unit was modern, clean and spacious. The home itself is beautiful and with a lovely, well-cared-for garden. Definitely recommend!」

「You cannot go wrong staying at Manny’s place. It is a short walk to the beach, which has great views and short drive to most vineyards and restaurants. The property itself is beautiful, and there is a private entrance to the rental, which is very roomy, immaculate, and you get a welcome bottle of local wine and hopefully you get Amal’s cookies and chocolate. As mentioned in other reviews, Manny is unintrusive, but very approachable, he is a great source of information as to the best restaurants...
