「Pros- Nicely renovated, 35 mins from beach, clean, amazing loft, 1 car garage, washer and dryer, good towels and sheets, nice backyard, early check in. Cons- other half of this duplex has deplorable outdoor conditions to the point where it looks abandoned with a lot of trash /junk on the front porch.(Not host's fault, their half was very well-maintained) Other half also has a small dog that barks and howls in a room on other side of wall from master BR throughout the night. 「The stairs would be difficult for people with mobility issues but otherwise the condo is cute and comfortable. Great restaurants in walking distance....we tried the Bay Leaf (Indian Food) and had a drink at Poppy's (wanted to try their Beast Burger, but we tried to go on Tuesday and it was closed). So close to the water and the Pepsi Store. Very cute town!!!」

「The property is in a really great area. The home itself is a great place to stay for a vacation, with many beds and enough rooms. However, the bathrooms and kitchen seemed not well maintained. While we did not need to use the kitchen, we were not keen to use the Bathroom for a shower since we didnt like it . Overall good stay, except clenliness of the place.」

「We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend away at Fisher’s point. The cottage was beautifully decorated and surrounded by gorgeous landscapes. We loved how remote and private the property was, which allowed for a super relaxing vacation. The kids enjoyed all the wildlife that nature had to offer and fishing from the beach area. The house had a fully stocked kitchen and everything we needed to feel at home! Thank you for sharing your amazing piece of paradise with our family!」

「Stayed here for 4 nights, during our move out of the area. Home is comfortable and our daughter loved the kid touches. The basket of toys and books were so much fun for her. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are well appointed. Two minor downsides, the kitchen showed some remnants of bugs. The owner said she was going to call pest control, but this was obviously missed by the cleaning crew. Additionally, there is quite a walk from where you park (near the garage) to the front door....

「This apt/condo was awesome. We were in New Bern for a wedding. We did not need our car. We were right downtown and could walk to River front. The apartment was so clean and comfortable. 「We enjoyed our stay primarily for the cleanliness and location. It is across from a cemetery, but that didn’t bother us. Quiet neighbors, my husband said. But we loved the covered side porch and the comfy bed. Only down sides were the bathroom was very small, especially the shower, and the floors are pretty uneven, which would be a challenge for older guests (including the steep and slippery stairs up to the primary bedroom). Also, it appears that the owners suite is located just down the hall...
