THINGS TO KNOW A dedicated ski locker sits directly across the hall, making gear storage effortless. The pool/hot tub facility is off-site behind the building and does not allow parking, though it is within walking distance. The facility is closed from May 1 until Memorial Day, then remains open until October 1. It reopens again on November 10. Breckenridge Business License: 89960001.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Clean and close to everything.
This rental is in the perfect location—walking distance to food and shopping. You can also access many trails and rent bikes just down the street. It was clean and well taken care of. We would stay again.
Cute updated unit. Great having a locked ski locker directly across from the unit. Be advised of the 6’2” clearance to park in the parking garage. Nice to have a heated garage to park in. Kitchen well stocked and easy to cook in.

Easy to find and park. Clean, great walking location to town, kitchen stocked for cooking in the unit, comfortable coaches, presents has pictured. Easy checkout. We will def be back!
Perfect size for our group of 3. Spacious, clean, and well appointed with plenty of dishes, cooking pans and utensils in the kitchen. Location was the best. Everything was as presented on the website!

Entry codes were emailed as promised, locking ski locker in hall outside condo, covered parking, within easy walking distance to Quicksilver lift and the Main Street shopping and restaurants
We were happy with the Condo. Good location and was clean. Unit was well updated. Stayed in mid June and temps got into the mid to upper 70s and since no AC would have been nice to have some fans to keep the air moving. Got a bit warm in late afternoon early evening.

Nice, Clean Condo
Beautiful condo. Had all the necessities we needed for our stay. Great location for either a nice walk to see Isak or to go strolling down Main Street. Had two minor issues, master bathroom sink leak and pipe dripping from above into the parking spot in the garage, contacted Vacasa and they sent a repairman for the sink immediately then they contacted the HOA for the leaking pipe. Great customer service from the property management team!
We recently stayed for a weekend coming up from Denver. We used to live in Summit County so we were already familiar with the location, we could tell by the photos where the condo was located. The location of the condo is perfect for getting around and definitely within walking distance to “downtown” Breck/shopping district. We received all pertinent check information, the listing is as described and the unit is very clean! Here is my only knock on our stay and this is completely a preference, the mattresses are very, very firm. Like, exam table firm lol. I just want people to be prepared if they like a softer mattress. You will not find it here. We travel a lot and if the only “negative” we can come up with is a mattress that isn’t to our liking, that’s pretty awesome.

Beautiful stay
The condo was very nice, modern ski decoration, clean, and convenient to town, ski slopes, and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were closed so if you are counting on this don’t plan a trip mid April! The ice maker is not hooked up but has some ice trays, the freezer door doesn’t open making it a problem to place anything in it or remove it due to it being on a wall that prevents opening. The fireplace was lovely and loved sitting in front of it watching the snow fall out the window. The small ski slopes were closed at this time of April. We rented a car and drove to most places we wished to go. Parking was good including a garage. You do have to go up a flight of stairs with luggage to get to elevators which was not much of a problem for us but could be for some. Enjoyed this stay very much. But will not plan trip this late in season next trip.

Great Location, Nice Condo
Pros: The location, upgrades, amenities (though we didn't access), comfortable beds, enough seating, patio, portable fans, parking garage
Cons: If you plan on using the freezer, you can't due to the location of the fridge/freezer. The garage itself is not labeled 303, it's the garage located at the front of the building. It was not in the instructions, but you have to push # after the code. There weren't any directions for the thermostats or information inside the unit for out of town people to reference (i.e. things to do, places to eat, etc.). There was no flexibility for early check in. Beyond the 1st roll of toilet paper, the rest is not very soft.
Overall, the place is good. I would stay here again if needed for the location, but it wasn't my favorite due to lack of personal touches. If you are planning on staying here soon, check to make sure the construction across the street is finished. Construction at 6:45am, isn't the best wake up call.

Nice condo; communication lacking
This was a trip to see fall colors and enjoy off-season in town. The condo was nice; very clean, updated and modern, but basic kitchenware. Texted mgmt/Vacasa about early check-in but never heard back. We just let ourselves in 45 min early and the condo was ready. Would've been nice to know that. The parking garage was a big plus; a very nice amenity.
The location has easy access to downtown and many restaurants, shops, etc. Although it took us awhile to figure out how to get there; no info is provided on directions or walkways to town. Nice view of the ski slope. Could use some extra blankets/throws; none were available. No info on how to adjust the confusing thermostats in every room (2 different kinds). Could use printed instructions about check out procedures and requirements. An email with checkout info was sent at 9:45 pm the night before our 10 a.m. checkout, but we did not see it and did not check emails until returning home. A text would be better, or just printed instructions available in the condo. No information on what's nearby; just figure it out yourself. Would be nice to have some info & suggestions of nearby eateries and activities. Several old magazines about Breckenridge dated 2019 were not helpful. The three board games and puzzles were all incomplete and missing pieces. Should be thrown away.
All in all, a nice place to stay with some nice amenities. Just needs attention to some details to make it better for guests.
This place is very nice. A little bit of noise from construction below is. Great location. The sink in master water pressure not very high and faucet was lose. When i shook out one towel in bathroom a razor blade flew out that was a little concerning but just threw it away. Otherwise stay, location and cleanliness was great!! Would stay here again

Great location
The condo was in a great location, steps from the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. Lovely updates, clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again!
