When you step inside, you will be greeted by natural light pouring through expansive windows and mountain-themed decor that will allow everyone to slip into the mindset of the Rocky Mountains in no time. Winter days will obviously be spent on the slopes, yet this gem is perfect for year-round visitors with a shared pool and hot tub right outside. When everyone has worked up an appetite, the full kitchen is equipped with all of the major appliances and utensils needed to whip up your favorite recipes. Finish each day out on the private balcony with a favorite cocktail and doze off each night as a movie streams on the flatscreen TV!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect location, great view of mountains, one block walk to gondola, tons of great resturants and shopping within 2 minute walk. The covered parking was a huge bonus. The studio appartment is cute, rustic, and clean. Great value!!! Really every thing you could want for a ski trip or quick getaway. We would definetly re-book for future snowboarding trips to the area.

Overall for the cost it is good. However we discovered several maintenance items within the first hour of our stay. Hopefully they will get addressed. It is close to the town and has a great creek just off the back porch, it is very relaxing. We went on a slow/off season weekend so not much foot traffic behind us. On a busy weekend that might be a different story.

We love the location of this property! It is small, but nice BUT without an open closet we had nowhere to hang clothes! Also, we didn’t lose our key cards, but 50 to replace one card seems expensive.

Light and heat

The room was very nice, and the location was super fantastic. One block from the gondola. As others have commented, The blinds were lacking. You need some sort of blackout shade that you can pull down to block the light coming in from the lights along the Riverwalk. Someone took the time to paint fluorescent stars on the ceiling, but you can barely see them with all the light streaming in from the Riverwalk.there needs to be instructions in the room on how to adjust the heat as the days were warm, but the nights were cold, Thank you.

Property is clean & perfect. To find Main Street station was a mess. This seems to be a regular thing. Vaca da needs to change address instructions.

This wasn't our best VRBO stay. I had seen several people complain about the blinds being broken in the past, they were still broking, even some panels missing. The chair on the patio was broken. The humidifier was broken and leaked water everywhere. The bathroom smelled like backed up sewage. And make sure you bring extra towels if you want to sit in the hot tub or pool because there aren't any extras and the front desk won't give you any.

Perfect Cozy Space for Two

This space was very cozy for two people, and very clean upon arrival. Check in was a smooth process, a few minutes away from the building. We accidentally locked our key in the room after 10pm and someone came to the building with a key in a matter of minutes! This was a perfect space for watching the snow fall, and the stream right outside our deck was very relaxing. I’d stay here again!

Really cute property and place but the shower wouldn’t drain and we called the Vacasa management and they never sent anyone out. Also it’s pretty annoying that you have to check-in and checkout somewhere completely off property, it’s inconvenient. But the property is in a great location and was nice.

Great Place

Excellent unit which was perfect location for me as a solo skier. The free bus picks you up right in front of the building and across the street giving you two choices to the lifts at Peak 8 or Peak 9. The size of the unit was perfect for me as an efficiency for a single traveler but would work for two as well though would be cramped for additional people. The bed was very comfy and the kitchen was perfect with really nice dishes and utensils. Very quiet unit just a short walk to Main Street with restaurants. Cleanliness was suburb. Would stay again.

Breckenridge Walkability with no payments for Parking

Apartment was big for a studio and perfect for the two of us. Bright, lovely, comfortable and very well equipped...great balcony with views. There were a couple of slats missing on the window vertical blinds. Also, the one and only closet for hanging clothes was so stuffed (vacuum cleaner, fan, extra linens, and a bunch of other stuff) that it was almost impossible to hang even just tops. Otherewise, great place...you could park the car and walk everywhere.

Cute but small. Great location.

I was doing hiking and chilling. The condo met my needs but was warm at night, the outside air didn't get in. One window was missing a screen so could not leave open. Light blocking shades for morning would help. Kitchen was great, nice that there were coffee filters.

Great location!

This was a wonderful location!! So close to everything Breck has to offer. We were pleased with how well kept the unit was and also enjoyed opening the windows and listening to the River. We would 10/10 stay here again!

Very nice studio in excellent location

Very relaxing, convenient property to main street Breck. A short block away to the main shopping and restaurant areas plus the great Tiki bar restaurant right in the building. We would certainly stay again.
