Whether you're hitting the slopes in the winter or exploring the vibrant downtown area, this cozy mountain retreat is ideally suited for up to seven guests. Just a short walk from the Snowflake Chair Lift, you’ll enjoy effortless access to world-class skiing and snowboarding, while the Breckenridge Free Ride bus stop — only 100 yards away — whisks you straight into downtown for shopping, dining, and year-round entertainment.

Inside, the condo offers a warm and rustic atmosphere with an open-concept living area featuring comfortable seating, a large gas fireplace, and vaulted ceilings that make the space feel bright and welcoming. The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for cooking meals at home, with both a breakfast bar and dining table providing plenty of seating for your group. A small patio off the living room lets you take in the crisp mountain air after a day of exploring.

The split-level layout is both comfortable and functional. On the main level, you'll find one of the two queen master suites, along with a third bedroom furnished with a twin-XL-over-queen bunk bed — perfect for families or mixed groups. - Queen Master Suite: queen bed, smart tv, private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. (sleeps 2)
- Bunk Bedroom: twin xl-over-queen bunk bed, private patio with seating area. (sleeps 3)
- Bathroom: full bathroom with shower/tub combo.

Upper Level:
- Queen Master Suite: queen bed, smart tv, gas fireplace, private en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, large soaking tub, walk-in shower and large walk-in closet. (sleeps 2)

Special Unit Notes – Please Read:
- No Pets / No Smoking.
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- Parking: 1-car garage (small car) with 1 outdoor space — 2 spaces total.

The location and stay was great. One of the few places that allowed for 2 cars. This was easy access to be able to walk to everything. The pool was nice but a ways from the condo.
