Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo in the heart of Breckenridge! This inviting retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a memorable mountain getaway. With amazing amenities like a fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and access to shared pool and hot tubs, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
Located just a short walk away from the Snowflake Lift and close to a free shuttle stop, this home is ideally situated for easy access to the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. After a day on the mountain, come back to the warmth of the fireplace and cozy up with a good book or your favorite movie.
The upper floor features a spacious bedroom with a king-sized bed, perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day. Parking Information:
For a smooth and stress-free stay, please follow all posted signs and parking regulations in Breckenridge, as enforcement is strict. If you need additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight options in two convenient locations: 1) south of town at the Stephen C. West Ice Arena, and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite lot, which also accommodates RVs and trailers.

Colorado Traction Law:
From September through May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is in effect for all drivers traveling on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero as well as US-285 to Breckenridge . This law mandates that vehicles must be equipped with either four-wheel or all-wheel drive and snow-rated or mud + snow tires. Alternatively, vehicles with two-wheel drive must have winter tires, chains, or other traction devices. Ensuring your vehicle is properly equipped is essential for safe winter driving in Colorado. If you’re renting a car, be sure to confirm with your rental company that your vehicle meets these requirements.

Please be aware that during the winter months, roads and driveways are likely to be snow-covered or icy, making four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) essential for safe travel. We are unable to offer refunds for vehicles that get stuck or require towing, and unfortunately, we cannot assist with towing or vehicle recovery. Additionally, some properties may require 4WD or AWD even during non-winter months due to uneven terrain and dirt roads. Great Location for Cozy Condo

Well appointed condo that is great for 4 but no more! A bit smaller than appeared in photos. But very clean, well appointed. Loved two beds up with TVs in bedrooms. Two baths a plus with heated garage and storage. Walk to town 7 minutes! And 3 mins to Snowflake chair, hidden gem.

This condo was the perfect size for a small group. Great location with easy walking to town or to the ski lift depending on what you wanted to do in Breckenridge. We had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing this home and allowing us to make memories as a family.

Overall great location, felt just right for a group of 3-4. Easy walking to ski lift and downtown. About a 7 minute walk to the hot tub so you may want to drive if it’s cold out. Cleaning staff walked into the place unannounced through the front door prior to our check-out time which was strange but other than that, no complaints!

Great deck, relaxing stay

The outside deck was awesome, bed in master bedroom was great as well as the property location. Easy to walk to downtown and gondola. Couple of downsides-our stay was for 2 weeks but should have supplies for 2 weeks. Also fireplace did not work when we arrived and the toilet leaked and needed to be replaced while we were there. Property is great for 2-4 people but 6 might be a little cramped.arrived and the toilet in the ups

Cozy and good location

The location was our favorite part of this place. We were able to easily walk to town for coffee every morning or to the gondola. The space is very cozy, the dining table was large enough for board games. The master bedroom had ample room. The second bedroom was a little more tight. We did not realize there was no a/c, but were able to open the windows and sleep comfortably.

Awesome location and cozy place

Great location, very convenient to Main Street for restaurants and shops, as well as the Snowflake lift which takes you to Peak 8. Highly recommend. We would book again.

Cozy condo near slopes and lift

Overall, our stay here was very good. A short walk to the lift in the morning and ski back the 4 o’clock trail to just across the street in the afternoon. We had four people which is as many as I would ever want in this space, I believe it does sleep six with the sleeper sofa, but that would make it quite crowded. Check-in was easy and upon arrival, we found the property to be extremely clean with most of the needed supplies that we needed to get started for the week. Like others have said our larger SUV would not fit in the garage, but we did not have any trouble parking in the gravel lot along the street. The gas fireplace was nice because we could turn it on when we wanted some warmth and turn it off when we got warm enough. A couple things that could need a bit of improvement. First, the kitchen trashcan is way too small though. I understand why they have a small one because it really is in a good spot for a larger one. Second the valved flush toilets were a bit sketchy, but they did work. Overall, this was a very nice condo, well appointed, decorated nicely, and as I said, before, very clean.

Cozy Condo

We had four in the condo in the late summer. It was a really nice condo and location. The deck is really fantastic once the sun hits it in the morning. Owner keeps it considerately supplied with everything you need—little things like sugar/sweetener, creamer, paper towels, etc. Decor is very nice. Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice value. We would definitely stay again.

We were a family of 5 staying at this property. The kitchen is absolutely tiny, lacked dish towels or cloths, and the cabinets were quite dirty with drips of food and beverage. The master bedroom was a good size, but lacked usable storage space. The second bedroom was very small and also lacked usable storage space. We were thankful the unit had humidifiers. We enjoyed the fireplace alot. It was definitely conveniently located to the snowflake lift, which we appreciated! Not a bad place to stay, just a little small for a family of 5.

Excellent location and a cozy setting

This is located less than a block downhill from the Snowflake lift. The slope is manageable to walk up (easy with snowboard and a little harder with ski boots). Snowflake services Peak 8, so it is a central location and you can get to all the other peaks from here. It is about 3 blocks downhill into the center of town., so easily walkable and nice for those who don't go to the slopes every day. The Four O clock run allows you to ski back to the Snowflake lift area easily but read the signs carefully on the way down or you will end up back in town --it is a hard right marked as going to the lift near the end of the run--it does get a bit congested on the run at the end of the day. Beds are comfortable and there are lots of pillows (although not enough pillow cases). We had five with one on the sleeper sofa, which was a bit tight, but if you have 4-5 using just the bedrooms it would work perfectly. The pool/hot tub is several blocks away (downhill) and not connected to the residence, so we usually drove there, but it is walkable and a really nice complex with 3 very large hot-tubs (2 outside and one inside) and a heated, mostly outdoor pool. The place is cozy (loved the fireplace) and kitchen has what is needed to cook. No condiments or refrig. items, but salt and pepper, sugar, Keurig coffee machine (takes pods and grounds for a larger pot--filters are there), small crockpot and pans for baking. We cooked every day. It is a good idea to go to the grocery in Denver. Prices are very high in town.

Great location for snowboarding and enjoying the town. The fireplace worked perfectly to warm the entire house without needing the central heat. The beds were comfy. Garage is a tad tight so do not get an oversized SUV. The complex can be loud but it was NYE weekend.

Lovely Condo!

We stayed in this condo for a late summer vacation and loved the place. Spacious, bright, and well-equipped. We loved the multiple balconies and vaulted ceilings. Also, of great importance during our summer stay, the place kept cool even during the hottest part of the day.

Perfectly cozy and clean

This was a cute two-level condo with really comfortable beds and a fireplace that heated the entire place. What a cozy little condo, convenient to everything. We walked into town, we walked to the snowflake lift, we walked to the free shuttle. We did not get a chance to try the hot tub and pool. I highly recommend this place for your family ski weekend away.

Breck getaway!

The property was super close to downtown, easy to get in and out of in a rental car, and just enough space for 5 people! Communication with the owner was very easy and they were very responsive. The first night the toilets stopped flushing and showers both wouldn’t drain, but the property manager sent technicians the next day and fixed it immediately. After that no issues. The space was mostly clean, however, the extra linens provided had quite a few black hairs inside them when we opened them up to use which was super disappointing. There were also some hairs in the bedsheets which made it difficult to tell if that was from whoever cleaned the space or from a prior guest. Otherwise the place was clean and has been recently updated with an awesome fireplace. Plenty of hot water and a good little kitchen setup were appreciated! Would stay again!
