Create everlasting memories with your loved ones at this fantastic ski-in condo located in Building 9, which faces the 4 O'Clock Ski Run! Located on the second level, this darling and rustic home away from home has unparalleled views over the ski run and easy town access. This fully remodeled retreat is the perfect getaway for families, friends, and small groups with two inviting bedrooms. You will find all the conveniences of a home with a well-equipped kitchen, an on-site washer/dryer, cable TV in the living room, primary bedroom, and guest bedroom, and access to many fantastic on-site amenities, including a shared lawn area, a BBQ area with many gas grills, and even a fitness center!

Things to Know
Please Note: This property is Ski In but not Ski Out.
This unit is located on the lower second (2nd) floor - 16 stairs total. There are no elevators on property.
The pool is open seasonally from 12:00pm-8:00pm 7 days a week. It will be closed from September 22 – November 21, 2024. A separate pool card is required for entry and can be obtained from the front desk
This property is managed by Vacasa Colorado LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.

Ski shuttle details: There is a free town shuttle stop in the parking lot west of the Pine Ridge check-in office. The Gold Route serves Peaks 7 & 8.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Really really good ski place

- a true ski-in: cruise down 4 o’clock, click out steps from condo entrance - almost a true ski-out: 5’ walk up the hill to Snowflake lift - living room very spacious and fit our family of five for après-ski hang-out time - really appreciated the wood-burning fireplace AND that there was a stack of wood already there to start us off; there is simply nothing better than a real fire after a day on the slopes, imho - kitchen was also notable: outfitted with decent quality pans, pots, etc vs the cheap and broken-down stuff a lot of rentals feature.
