Clean and great location, right next to West Bahnhof. Color choices in rooms perhaps a little questionable and extra-bright mirrored elevators a bit over the top, But great experience overall!

I was disappointed with the room; while very comfortable, looked a little run down, dusty and found some bugs that looked like silverfish. When I told front desk, she said they were everywhere because of rain. No apology. I stayed at the Leo Grand, 2 weeks before, no bugs. I also would not choose location again. Not convenient for getting around. The rooftop bar was excellent.

Very polite, professional and helpful staff. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. I especially appreciated the staff regularly replacing the bottled water and the toiletries used,
