The rooms were very nice and the restaurant in the hotel was amazing. Staff were great and location couldn’t have been better. Very convenient to shopping and everything was outside of the doorstep.

We had booked a superior suite, but we're accidentally placed in a standard suite the first night. We raised the error and the management was quick to resolve by giving us an upgrade to a grande suite. Both rooms were very clean and spacious, with nice big beds. The staff we spoke to were all very friendly and helpful. It was nice to receive tea and coffee each day even if you chose to not have the room cleaned. There were also slippers in the rooms, which is always a nice touch. Location was excellent and easy to reach tourist attractions on foot or by public transport.

Hotel in prime position for Bratislava old town with view of the castle and on the river Danube. Close to the bus terminal Monty SNP and tram stops. First time stopping at a Radisson hotel. We had a suite, great choice at breakfast and the Spa a bonus. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend.
