Discover the Ultimate Branson Getaway Location! Welcome to our meticulously updated Golf Villa, a magnificent escape perfectly situated in the heart of the Branson Hills area. It's the ideal launching point for exploring everything Branson has to offer, with added perks from the Branson Hills Golf and Country Club. Just a quick 10-minute drive or less will take you to all of Branson's top attractions, and guess what? SILVER DOLLAR CITY is just 9 miles away!

This single-level, four-bedroom, four-bath home is fully equipped for any occasion. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials to whip up culinary delights for large groups. Each of the four bedrooms features Roku TVs and its own attached private bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. This home comfortably accommodates up to 10 to 12 guests, with its four bedrooms, a spacious sectional that can sleep two, and a queen-sized air mattress complete with an electric pump. Whether you're sharing meals at the breakfast bar or the dining table for eight, basking in front of the cozy gas fireplace while enjoying the 65" Samsung Smart TV with streaming services and cable, or relishing the open floor plan living area with its wet bar and adjoining expansive outdoor deck – there's something for everyone. Speaking of the large private deck, it boasts two sitting areas, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or a meal with a stunning view of Branson's lush wooded hills.

But the perks don't end there! As our guest, you'll have access to the country club clubhouse, complete with a fitness center, restaurant, communal outdoor pool (please note that the pool closes on September 5th), and a tennis court. Onsite golf is available for an additional fee, with tee times from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM daily. Amenity passes are conveniently located inside the Villa.

Located just down the street, the Branson Rec Plex offers fitness facilities, hiking trails, and ball parks. You'll also find a grocery store (Walmart) just 1.8 miles away, the Branson Landing shopping center 3.6 miles away, the Branson Strip 4.2 miles away, and Silver Dollar City a mere 9 miles from your doorstep!

Guest Access:
Upon arrival, you'll receive a four-digit smart lock code, ensuring hassle-free self-check-in. Parking is free, with two parking spots right across from the villa. If you need additional parking, you can park along the curb in front of the villa. Please avoid parking on the grass, as there's an underground sprinkler system that we'd like to keep in top shape. Amazing stay for families!
We stayed Labor Day weekend and it was amazing! The home looks exactly as it is listed! It is decorated beautifully and is perfect for big families. We loved it! The only downfall is that there was dog hair on the couch and on the blankets. We did not realize it was dog friendly. One of our family members is allergic to dogs and had to take Benadryl the whole time we were there.

Great location and house
My family loved staying at this property. House was very clean, comfortable beds and great neighborhood. It’s not that far from the strip and other attractions in Branson. We would definitely stay here again. My son said golf course was great and hopes to golf here again in the future.

Great location in quiet area!
You cannot beet the location of this home. Four bedrooms with four en suites was perfect for our group. The home is located on a quiet street with no thru traffic. We enjoyed being centrally located, in a very nice part of town. We would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful area and home. The beds are very comfortable. Our granddaughter really loved the pool access and I had one of the best hamburgers and onion rings I ever had at the club house. The deck overlooks the forest which is full of birds and squirrels that keep you entertained

Spacious and Quiet
The property itself is tucked into the hillside on a quiet street with very little traffic. It had plenty of space for our family of six. It was very clean and supplied paper products for our stay. Although we didn’t need it, they were prepared to accommodate small children by having a high chair and pack n play. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. Parking spaces are directly across the street. We know you will enjoy your stay as much as we did.

We loved it!! Just to let you know though the door in closet of bedroom on back of house past dining end was coming apart and we couldn’t open it. Also, a few bulbs needed replaced in kitchen. But, other than that it was fantastic!!!!

Wonderful home
We spent Christmas here and it was absolutely amazing! It was decorated for Christmas complete with a Christmas tree! Love that there is a bathroom for all bedrooms!! Lots of room to spread out. The patio is a nice addition. We will definitely be back!!

The house was lovely, great for us to all have our own bedroom and bathroom. Lovely balcony. Only suggestion we would have is that more hand towels and kitchen towels are needed. We had to wash more than once. One bedroom closet door would not open.

We where told we could do an early check in eventhough we didn't ask for one. When we arrived the house had not been cleaned, beds where unmade and dirty laundry in the washing machine. Called Kristin property manager and she said there was a mix up from cleaning crew, but they where on the way to clean. They showed up and cleaned unit, Kristin was easy to get a hold of and got right on it. The layout of this house is great with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and open floor concept. Great location, beds were comfortable. Unit needs more towels only two per room, more flat pans and cooking, no pot holders. Overall we liked the place but needs to have a really good cleaning, found a dog bone and other items under the ottomans in living area. Would stay here again, but like said needs a really good cleaning.

Pleasant stay!
This was a great place to stay…close to attractions yet not in the middle of everything. We enjoyed having 4 individual rooms with a private bath for each. Super convenient. This was also well stocked and had everything we needed. The owner was super responsive and helpful. Thanks you for a wonderful place to stay on our vacation!

Sibling reunion
It was great!!! The home is beautiful. Each couple had a bedroom and bathroom to themselves. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal preparation. The deck was a lovely place to sit and talk. The pool provided exercise. This vrbo was an easy drive from everything we wanted to do...Sight & Sound, movies, miniature golf, and an escape room. We had a wonderful time...not one complaint.
