There is a weird noise coming from the pipes when ever someone flushed the toilet or took a shower so if someone went to use the restroom in the middle of the night it woke everybody up. Other then that the place was perfect.

Overall, the place was clean. Has a washer and dryer and full kitchen which made the stay pretty good. The only issue was the indoor pool by the unit was unavailable the whole week we stayed, and also when we needed clean towels, we had to wash them instead of room service providing new ones. Other than that, the stay was very good.

I rented this townhouse because we had stayed here in 2023. Fully equipped kitchen. Because we couldn't afford to eat out every day, 3 meals per day, we cooked. We arrived on a Wednesday and had family over, it was uncomfortably HOT. We never could get the AC to work. I called the front desk the following day, Thursday and no one ever showed up. We were gone during the day so I wasn't overly concerned about the AC. The problem was the last night we were there we had a family dinner, which we cooked a full meal and it was probably the hottest day of the 6 days we were there. Finally maintenance showed up, couldn't fix the AC, offered to move us (we were leaving at 4 a.m. the next morning so I declined the move to a new place). The other problem I had occurred immediately upon check-in. I was told to get a parking permit which was CODE for it's time for a time-share sales pitch! I told them NO! For 4 days I got phone calls and texts. It was a pleasant stay other than no AC and the time-share calls!

We will always stay here

We liked being off 76 but close enough to drive to any place easily The townhouse had a couple of small things we told the main office about but nothing we felt needed immediate attention. This townhouse is absolutely fun. Lots of space and parking. A great price and comfortable

Cleanliness was amazing but not having any pools open but at main house was not great when raining outside. The reason we booked the stay here was due to indoor and outdoor pools for the children.

Room was in decent condition, the "temu" shower in the bedroom needs fixed. Our biggest issue was getting checked in. The location listed by expedia was incorrect and ended up being several miles down the road, which took us several minutes to figure out because it is owned by a third party(ended up talking to multiple people). They also wouldnt let us check-in until right at 4pm which ended up messing up our plans for the day following the 45 min process of trying to get checked in.

Worth the money

Only issue we had was check in was slow but only had 1 person working on Memorial weekend. Nice place, easy to find. Beds were comfortable. Would stay here again

Overall good experience

Overall a great stay. Our air wasn’t working properly but maintaince was fast at getting it fixed. I do wish they had informed me that the pool was shut down and we would have to go to sister location to swim not a huge inconvenience due to my kids being older.
