Family fishing trip

The location was perfect for us close to the marina for the fishing and close for the rest for entertainment and shopping. The unit was very clean and as described. Fun trip for all of us..Thank youTony

Great spot when visiting Lake Taneycomo!

We had another wonderful visit! The property is clean and spacious and has a great water view and is close proximity to marina. We absolutely love this spot for our family fishing trips.

Great place!

Our condo was excellent - very clean and comfortable, with excellent view of the lake! Beautiful area and close to town. We appreciated the owners sharing with our family, and would enjoy staying there again!

Sisters weekend

The location was awesome being on Lake Taneycomo provided a soothing atmosphere and we spent most of our down time in the sunroom. Coffee bar was great for people who drink coffee all the time, like we do. Close to most everything Branson. Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone. Parking was great, small park across the road. We will definitely be back.

It was peaceful and perfect. We took our 2 little kids and my parents. Plenty of room. Sunroom was a dream. Kitchen had all that we needed. Marina was super close. Property not far from town.

Great Place to Stay

Our family had a wonderful time. The place is spacious and has a beautiful view of Lake Taneycomo. If you like to fish, it's a short walk to to Marina. We had a very rainy extended weekend, which meant we spent more time inside. This was a great place to do just that.

We really enjoyed our stay. Especially loved the sun room with the coffee bar. We ate each meal there looking out at Lake Taneycomo. We love to night fish and it was so convenient that we were walking distance to the marina. Not only would we recommend, but we hope to stay here again.

Great family gate away

My sister and I brought our 7 girls here (ages 4-12) and we had a fabulous time! The house was clean and lovely. The sunroom was our favorite. The girls loved the indoor pool and mini golf/volleyball. The compound is perfect for a family vacation. The owners were nice and answered Any questions we had. Our girls can’t wait to come back! Thank you!

Loved it

Everything was super clean and nice. I love the sunroom and coffee bar, it was perfect to sit out there in the mornings with the windows open and cuddled up on the couch with a blanket and coffee with the cool morning air watching the river flow. The beds were comfortable and the jacuzzi tub was a plus to relax in while the baby took a nap.I couldn’t figure out how to close the Minnie Mouse high chair so I left it out, apologies for that!

Wonderful Location

We loved this area for when we stay in Branson. The beds were wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed being able to cook every meal in the rental. Having a crockpot was great. We enjoyed watching the river all day.

Weekend Getaway

We loved waking up to our view outside the living room, drinking coffee and deciding what we were going to do for the day. Short rides to what we wanted to do and we loved that everyone had a king bed with their own bathroom.

Beautiful Condo for Thanksgiving!!

My teen & adult children joined me for a Thanksgiving get away and this condo did not disappoint! The kitchen was well stocked and had plenty of dishes for our pre-cooked thanksgiving dinner. The sun room overlooking the river was stunning in the early mornings. It was centrally located near the lake and other wonderful Branson attractions. We had a fabulous time!

Sisters reunion with hubbies

We have stayed here before under a differnt owner and managment team. The new owners and team are awesome. We like the room and view from the sun room. Had everything we needed to cook meals and very comfortable beds. Thanks and we will be back.

Very Nice

The space was really nice and just right for my family. We loved having an enclosed space overlooking the water and spent a lot of time playing games and having coffee out there! The location was good. This unit is tucked FAR back from the road and amenities, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, as it was quiet with little to no traffic. However, we were there in the off season, so during the summer, being right across from the RV park and an outdoor pool will likely be a busier spot. The amenities are appreciated, but we didn't use them as much as expected, and the indoor pool and activities building is a 4 or 5 minute drive from the unit. If you are a light sleeper, you may want to bring a mask and earplugs. The area is not loud, but it's a very open space and sounds carry a bit; and the curtains are not black-out. Just be prepared and you'll be fine! We very much appreciated that they stocked little extras (like cleaning supplies, games, some spices, paper products, etc.). We stayed in a place last summer that provided none of those things and it made for a pricey unexpected trip to the store! Overall, this unit was very clean, comfortable, and convenient. Check in was super easy, location is close (but not too close) to attractions and activities, and we had a really nice, peaceful stay.

Family get away

We loved the room, location, the view, and the overall cleanliness of the area. The only criticism I have would be the mattress in the bedroom closest to the sunroom was very soft. But my family and I definitely plan on booking this unit again in the future. We had a great time.

Just okay

We loved the view of the water and the access to the dock. The condo needs some serious TLC. The floors were filthy, there was hair in the shower from the previous renters, several holes in the walls and the view from the upstairs balcony that looks over the kitchen shows just how dirty it is. The filters in the air conditioner were so dirty that the condo wouldn’t cool off. We called the property manager and it was fixed within a few hours. The location was perfect for us. It’s quiet and the sunroom has a beautiful view of the water. With a good deep cleaning and a few minor repairs it would be a wonderful place to stay.
