I found this Quality Inn in Branson to be very typical for the area. These hotels are showing wear and tear as they have hosted numerous guests over the years. As for cleanliness, it was adequate for our needs. The fixtures and bedding were clean and the shower pressure was nice. The grout and caulking in the shower area could be replaced or deep cleaned to give a cleaner nicer look. We also had a towel that was clean but stained. I didn’t let it bother me and just left it in the tub with the other dirty towels when we left. Breakfast, even though we didn’t try any of it, was well stocked and had several variations of foods that looked good. Overall it was fairly priced and suited our needs.

Heater in room did not work; maintenance did a 'quick fix' but room stayed cold in 19 degree weather. Only one ice machine on property didn't work, so we didn't even stay; we checked out shortly after arrival, and clerk would not give me a receipt for what I paid. Unacceptable. I will ask for a refund since clerk could not do it.

The room was dirty, I found mold in the refrigerator, and the freezer was completely frozen over. The shower head was spraying water from the bottom instead of the top, the sink was clogged, and the beverage and microwave area was out of service. At breakfast time, at 9 am, there was no juice left (since breakfast is from 7 am to 10 am, there should have been enough food until 10 am).

We drove a significant distance to the hotel for our kid's birthdays. We picked this location, 1. Location 2. Price. 3. We could bring 2 dogs. Our kids had counted down the days for our trip and their surprises. As we neared the location we kept resubmitting the address because it kept taking us between the storage units and the cemetery on hwy 76. We called the hotel 8 TIMES with NO ANSWER OR RECORDING, as we continued to drive for an hour. We decided to stop at O'Rileys and ask for directions, and come to find out it is down by the Applebee's about 2.5 miles away. When we got there, the attendant Karen (yes, her name) was sitting on the wall back behind the desk and had been playing on her phone. Who's not to say she didnt have a call or two come in, but for an hour? I mentioned that we had tried to call because we were lost and unable to find it, all that was said "oh I'm sorry..." as she typed on the computer. Keep in mind, we were checking around 6:15pm. As she is asking for my credit card, she asks about the dogs. Then informs me, it will be an additional fee per pet (did not mention per night). Shame on me for not calling in advance... but what is confusing me now is why I was charged another whole room rate for my dogs... We checked out early and not even reimbursed the part of the stay we didn't utilize. Have stayed other places that have done so. This hotel will nickel and dime you to death and tell you AFTER YOU CHECK IN.

The room was not cleaned throughly. I actually cleaned what I believe was blood from the counter leading into the bathroom. When I wiped the counter glitter and dirt/grim came up. Ice machine was down. Hallways were dirty going to room. The pool area was not as shown, not even close. The hot tub was not working. The ice machine was broken. The remotes were missing the covers over the batteries and didn't work, neither did the tv buttons. Questionable spots on the couch. More glitter!! The bed was clean and soft. Breakfast: The questionable sausage did not look fully cooked, powdered scram eggs, bagels or slices of wheat bread or English muffins, mini ban nut muffins- no orange juice, no yogurt, half open jug of milk and warm oranges. Heat worked great. Large room as we had the "suite". Would not stay here again nor recommend.

Pros: Breakfast, staff, front desk and lobby appearance, bed Cons: Pool, cleanliness, blankets, front desk availability, hardware and fixtures They need to back the price down from 125 to 75-80 and update the photos. The pool was laughably bad and the whole place feels very very old.

False advertising. No jacuzzi and the upgraded room I paid for was filthy with a dirty jetted tub that had black stuff that came out of the jets. Not even a microwave in the room and it smelled bad. Also no coffee at breakfast. Just a poorly run place
