Great Property! Close to everything

The house was great! Extremely clean! Very organized. The communication with our host was amazing!if you have a big group this is a great place to say we went to Big Cedar Lodge, Silverdollar city and it was relatively close to everything in Branson but yet you could end your day out of the hustle and bustle.

Tranquility on the Lake

This home is beautiful, roomy, extremely clean, with great views. There are multiple areas for everyone to hang out together or plenty of bedrooms to have your privacy. The host was extremely accommodating! Will book this VRBO again!

Family 55th anniversary celebration

The private pool is wonderful and the view so awesome! Such a relaxing place to come back to after the busyness of Branson. We had a great time here with our children and grandchildren celebrating our 55th anniversary. This house is special-not one of the 'cookie cutter' type. And its location is within 10-20 minutes of all the Branson activites and shows.

Best Property in Branson

This home is just the perfect layout & space for family gatherings and has the perfect location too in our opinion. The owners are wonderful to work with and have provided just about everything you could ask for to entertain yourselves while you are there. Incredible place to watch wonderful sunsets also! You will not be disappointed.

We had an amazing time at this property. The house was perfect, big, clean and beautiful. Communication with owners was fantastic. They sent us information in a timely manner and offered suggestions of what to do in the area. Everything was as pictured!

Beautiful home with fantastic views

We had 4 generations on this vacation and everyone enjoyed the home, it was very clean and had amazing views of the lake and fireworks at night. There were 14 of us and we had room to spare! Would love to stay again!

Spacious Home in a Gorgeous Setting

Our family gathered here in late summer for a milestone birthday celebration. We loved that our entire group of 14 could all be seated in the same room for dinner. The setting is perfect for those who want to be in a quiet location overlooking the Lake, yet be a short drive from town.

Amazing

We had a fantastic stay! The house is amazing, spacious, clean, easy, beautiful, comfortable. The views were wonderful! The temps in Branson during our stay were 90+ degrees a few days 100, so the pool was SO great! We spent almost our whole time out there with only a few trips to town for the activists there- we had all we needed at the house. Would 100% recommend this house for anyone’s next vacation! The property manager was very kind and quick to solve a microwave issue for us! We really appreciated the safety mechanisms on the doors to prevent little kids from wondering out by the pool as well! Thanks for opening your home to host families!

wonderful resort experience

Great upscale house...6 bedrooms easily accommodated our 10 adults and 3 children. Spacious hallways and tall ceilings gave the large home a feeling of being very large. No one felt cramped. Decks and pool overlooking Table Rock lake were magnificent. Back deck faces the west and watching the setting sun over the hills is spectacular. The house is tastefully equipped including plenty of kitchenware, plenty of luxurious towels, and plenty of eating tables to easily met the needs of our 13. Everyone felt the house was like staying at a luxury hotel. Don't let the price of this rental scare you, as it is easily well worth the cost. When we return we will indeed look to rent Majestic Overlook again and we plan to tell our friends about it.

VERY NOISY ...Under Major Construction in Area

We really loved this house. The view is beautiful and the house had everything we needed. It was very, very noisy. There is a major construction project next door. When outside at the pool the front loader trucks are so loud you can hardly hear yourself talk. They are what appears to be clearing and crushing rock? On the inside, the noise is literally heard throughout the entire house. The outside pounding noise sounds like a washing machine unbalanced on the inside of the house. This is heard over the tv. It is non-stop from 8am-5,even 6pm M-F. Additionally, there is a house being built directly below the house and another house being worked on. We heard drills and saws and hammers all day. We found ourselves leaving often to find some peace and quiet and would have loved to have known about all the construction. The home however is great and view gorgeous. Manager was wonderful. Thank you for the stay. Would have ranked higher had it not been so loud and also understand this not being the fault of the owner.

Beautiful home and GREAT location!

We had a family girls getaway weekend here and this place was the perfect size and accommodations for our group. We went out of season for the pool but would love to come back when it is open, we did use the outdoor fireplace (you have to bring your own wood) and it was cozy, had a dance party on the porch while out there. The heated floors were broken when we were there but they kindly called us about this the day before. Just a few other small reasons why I didn't rate it as excellent, the garage door had an issue (that they were going to fix after I contacted them) there were no pot holders, no high chair, no pack n play and although there were movies for the kids it was very limited otherwise for entertainment for them. We bought some bubbles, color books, and brought some board games, but it would have been nice not to spend the extra or pack the extra items. I know the owner is planning on getting some of those items. The owner was great to work with as well as the rental management company. I was happy that the check out procedures weren't as much as other places I have rented where you have to do the dishes and bedding and towels. The view was so great and the house is very private! The beds were comfy, everything was very clean. I would recommend bringing extra paper products as you run out quickly for papertowels, kleenex and napkins. Also the toilet paper wasn't the best (yes I know I'm being picky, but some people are particular about their TP:) So if you have a particular brand you prefer I would bring it. Internet worked great. We went to see Jonah at the Sight and Sound theater and we were less than 10 min away as well as about 5 min from the strip.
