Renovated in 2024, 2 bed, 2 bath condo. Kitchen, dining room, living area. Sit out on the patio. New vinyl planks floor, Ceiling fans/lights in the bedrooms and living room, walk-in shower in master bath. Appliances & toilets new in 2022. Condo is below parking lot level with 3 steps up and 17 steps down. But you can walk around on the grass and not have to take the steps down. Located near Hwy 76 strip.

Great place to stay. Enjoyed time with friends, eating out, shopping and the shows. Only drawback to this condo is the stairs -but we managed and would still highly recommend! Very clean, nice, well stocked place to stay! Like home away from home! Terry, the owner, was very accommodating when we thought we might have to reschedule due to medical issues. We were able to go but it was comforting to be able to have someone compassionate and understanding to our circumstance!

Very Enjoyable

We were surprised it was on the garden level but it did not feel like we were in a basement at all. Nice walkout patio and big windows. Easy access to main routes. Had a great time. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Stay

We had an excellent stay at this condo. It was very clean and the property owner was kind and communicated with us throughout our stay. The only thing that we thought would need to be improved would be the hot water takes a while to get hot to shower. All together it was a wonderful stay and perfect for our weekend getaway.

Quiet Condo, Close to Everything!

The condo was perfectly located just off the main strip. We were never more then a short drive from any attraction or activity. The property was clean and well maintained.
