Discover this phenomenal 2-bedroom gem in Branson. This cozy condo features 2 king beds, 2 bathrooms, and a lovely living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine, iron, hair dryer, WiFi, AC, and heating.
This beautiful Pointe Royale condo is on the ground level which allows for walk-in convenience. Enter into a gated resort conveniently located on Hwy 165 across from the Welk Theater. Very easy access to all the shows, shopping malls, restaurants, antique shows, churches and all the many activities in Branson.
Fun, food, fellowship, fishing, fitness workout, fantastic golf, family time of swimming and picnicing and just relaxing- it can all be found while staying at our condo at beautiful Pointe Royale. Come and enjoy your stay at our comfortable and well decorated 'Home Away from Home'. Our condo has a balcony that overlooks a swimming pool and playground. For the convenience of our guests, we've added a handicap ramp for wheelchairs and walkers or just easy rolling luggage in. We've added a private entrance from the guest bedroom into the hall bath.
There are televisions in each bedroom and the living room. Each bedroom has a king size bed. The master bedroom has a private door to the balcony. Both bedrooms have wooden blinds on the windows. The master bath has a tub/shower combo and a double lavatory vanity. There is a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room and a washer and dryer in the utility room. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, applicance, etc. etc. for cooking and eating at the condo. There are folding chairs in the utility room to accomodate extra guest in the dining room. There are also bar stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.
Pointe Royale has something for everybody. The clubhouse has a multitude of things to do- work out in the fitness/exercise area, relax at the bar and grill, just lounge for fellowship, swim at the indoor and outdoor pools, rent your equipment at the Pro Shop to spend time on the beautiful and well maintained 18 hole golf course or play tennis on the courts and last but not least the family cook can take a vacation. The clubhouse has a nice restaurant where you can sit down and enjoy good meals with family or friends.
I love to fish, so I say to all you other fishermen and women 'this is the place to be.' Come fish and enjoy the picnic area at Pointe Royale's Lakeside Park.
If you love the water, the Table Rock Marina is just a couple of miles from this condo. You can rent a boat, jet ski or other water sports at reasonable prices.
This is a non-smoking and no pets condo for the consideration of other people who have allergies.

Branson Getaway

We enjoyed our stay in this condo unit. It’s close to the fish hatchery, Silver Dollar City and other Branson activities. The unit was older and has some visible signs of its age. However, it was clean and we had a great stay.

Branson

We were very happy with our stay. This location is close to many of the Branson sites. The condo was set up well. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had all of the items needed. There were a few glitches- the coffee pot didn’t work and there weren’t any extra rolls of toilet paper but Deana was extremely responsive and got us what we needed. We will look to stay here again the next time we travel to Branson.

Love this condo!

My boys and I had an amazing vacation in Branson, and we loved this condo so much! The location is convenient to the lake and outdoor activities, as well as the town and dining, shows, family attractions, etc. The condo is beautiful and clean, offering every amenity we needed. The host was communicative and flexible with my family -- we could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend it!

Enjoyable Family Getaway

I came to Branson with my 2 teenage sons and my dad. We were pleased with the property and Diane was helpful when we needed her. We had some issues with wifi, but it was quickly fixed. The condo is roomy and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking coffee and overlooking the Ozark mountains and watching the birds in the nearby trees. The clubhouse is a short drive away. It had an excellent heated pool and hot tub. The condo is also close to entertainment and hwy. 76 strip. I would definitely book again!

Check was super easy, even having an issue with a tv, deanna was super responsive to text. First getting here the guy at the security gate was a pretty grumpy old guy! But all in all the veds were comfy, the view was great and the place was clean.

Beautiful condo

This was exactly how it is listed. Very comfortable and clean. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of hot water for showers and comfortable beds! Swimming pool and playground handy for children in your family. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Branson get away

We enjoyed the condo with 2 king beds and they were comfortable. It was the perfect size for 2 couples. Very nice area away from tragic but close to a highway. It was in a gated community, which we liked. We mostly did sightseeing of the area and didn’t take advantage of the amenities in the community except the restaurant and we really liked the food and they had very accommodating and pleasant staff.

Vacation 2024

Great place, very clean and plenty of space for our family's needs. I would recommend both doors to the patio to be looked at. Kitchen had plenty of dish towels but no dish rags. We had the bare minimum of bath towels for our size of family. However we enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend this unit.

Host was easy to work with

Several aspects of the condo needed repairs. The jetted tub in the description didn’t work. Issues should be addressed before guests arrive. The TV’s were not working correctly. The host tried to solve the problem but technician fixed only one set half way through our stay. The condo was comfortable with almost everything we needed in place. The host was easy to contact and work with concerning the problems.

Good Property, Good Location

Overall, the property was a good value. However, there were a few things that kept it from being an outstanding value. Here are the Good, Bad, and Odd:Good: The property is spacious, well-appointed, and clean. The location is good with it not being too far from anything. With some exceptions, the property is quiet and peaceful.Bad: The internet access did not work the entire time we were there. I don't know what the problem was, but I didn't really want to spend my time trouble-shooting something that should have worked. Deana was nice, and tried to solve the problem, but was unable to do so. The other issue was the mattress in the front/guest room still had the original plastic on it. This made for uncomfortable sleeping because any time you moved it was loud and was just not pleasant to sleep on.Odd: The long wall next to the bathtub in the master bathroom was a mirror. It was a little odd to see yourself in the mirror as you were taking a shower.Again, overall, the condo was a nice place for the price. Had there not been the issues with the internet and the mattress, I would have given this condo an outstanding review.

Needs some updating

The place needs some updating. We had problems with the jetted tub leaking somehow on the condo below us. The tub is very old and needs replaced, I felt like there was a soft spot on the front, when taking a shower where you feel like you could fall in. All of the outlets are old and anything you plug in falls out. The doors are hard to get out of on the deck. We realize maintenance issues happen, however these issues have been mentioned several times in the reviews I read over the years, and nothing has been done to improve them. I really hope you get the tub fixed before someone gets injured. The positives were great location, responsive/nice manager, and great amenities on property especially the nature trail.

Last minute booking

My family needed to move up our vacation and found this property within 2 weeks of our new travel dates. Close proximity to the attractions we wanted to attend, pool and playground on site were a plus. The condo itself was a little disappointing…no laundry detergent provided pas per description, the DVD player in our room didn’t work, the remote for the DVD player in the 2nd bedroom didn’t work either. Not a big deal just an inconvenience for one kids wanted to watch a kids movie in their room. The apartment itself did not look as nice in person as it did on the websites. And the door from the master bedroom to the patio would not open as it was sticking or not set right but you could access through the sliding door in the living room. For the money that we paid, I would not say that I would stay in this rental again.

Super nice area with a very convenient location close enough to everything we needed! The condo was super cute & spacious. We really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, the pool & playground were great too! I leave cleanliness at 4 stars only because when we arrived there was a lot of hair in the bathroom floors and stuff still stuck to the counters but everything else was clean otherwise.
