The Space:

Step inside to a bright, open living space designed for connection and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen is both stylish and functional, featuring a Keurig and drip coffee maker to start your mornings right and counter seating for two—the perfect spot for a quick breakfast or late-night snack. Enjoy meals at the kitchen table for four, or gather at the second dining table for four to share conversation and laughter over dinner. The living room invites you to sink into the cozy couch or one of the two armchairs as you watch your favorite shows on the Roku TV, or slide open the glass doors to head out to the covered patio where you can sit and take in serene views of the manicured golf course. Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee, unwinding with a book, or enjoying an evening drink as the sun sets, this peaceful spot is sure to become your favorite part of the home.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and a Roku TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a Roku TV, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



This home includes an additional guest bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.





THINGS TO NOTE:

- This is a walk-in unit with no stairs required for access.

- Lot parking is available on a first-come, first-serve basis for 2 vehicles. Parking pass will be provided at the gate.

- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

- Washer and dryer in home.

- This home is pet-friendly. A maximum of 1 dog, 30 lbs or less, may be brought to this home. If you are bringing a pet, the required pet fee is $125.

- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

- This home is equipped with one (1) external security camera located at the front door and actively monitoring the outside entry area.

- Portable crib available.

- Guests can enjoy discounted golf rates during their stay, subject to availability and change.

- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.







This enviable location places you within 10 minutes of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries. Beyond the downtown area lie the more famed attractions of Silver Dollar City amusement park, Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
