This condo is a walk-in unit with elevator access! Everywhere except the bedroom is wood tile flooring. The large electric fireplace in the living area makes for a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee. Off of the living area is a large private deck. The main dining and living area have large windows providing a fantastic lake view! The open floor plan allows all of the living space to flow together! This fully-equipped kitchen includes a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, ice maker, island, and granite countertops.

There is one bedroom which is a master with a King-size bed, TV, and an en-suite bath with two separate vanities, 3′ X 4′ shower, a large soaking tub, and a custom walk-in closet. Inside the walk-in closet is a separate laundry with a full-size front-loading washer and dryer. There is a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area, along with a TV and DVD player.
