M&M Property Management of the Ozarks is excited to announce we have added Overlook Pointe condo in Pointe Royale, which lies along the banks of Lake Taneycomo. As you drive into this gated community, you will quickly see this is a golfer's dream. This 2 bedroom 2 bath condo has everything you need. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back porch.
Make your meals in the comfort of a fully stocked kitchen OR head to the resort restaurant and enjoy a meal before heading out to see what Branson has to offer!! Branson has some of the best shows and entertainment, shopping, golfing, and lake activities!

There are minimal walk-in steps and a secluded back deck.

You will love the resort amenities that are included when you book this condo at Pointe Royale! Enjoy the indoor AND outdoor pools, hot tub, games of corn hole, fitness center, tennis and pickle ball courts! You can fish for trout on Lake Taneycomo. Practice your golf swing and be sure to check out the resort golf packages!


One vehicle is allowed to park in front of the building during your stay. You will be issued a parking pass at the gate.

No trailers, campers or oversized vehicles will be allowed in through the gate. Upon booking, you will be required to electronically sign our rental agreement. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Perfect for our short stay in Branson. Clean, cute and very comfortable. We enjoyed a short walk to the pool, easy parking and great communication.

This was a perfect condo for myself, my teen daughter and her friend! We have been staying at Pointe Royale for the past couple of years and we’ve actually been staying in this same building, in a different condo till the owner sold. Found this updated condo and the girls loved it! We stayed over Christmas break and it was so nice that the condo was decorated and had a Christmas tree!!! Excellent communication from the Managers! We will definitely stay again!!!!

Beautiful spot- close to everything and very well kept. Fridge wasn’t working but communication was good and will be fixed for future use. Would stay here again!

The condo has everything you will need for your stay. It is in a nice location without too much traffic and close to shows and Silver Dollar City. It has plenty of beds and worked well for our family. My only complaint was that the carpets were not as clean as I would have liked and we had to clean a few other things.

The property was very nice and well maintained. The condo was clean and very nice. The beds were very comfortable and it was a nice surprise that they supplied shampoo, conditioner and body wash. They also supplied dishwasher soap and Landry soap. It was a nice and relaxing stay! The only thing they didn’t have was an ice maker but a family store was only 5 minutes away. The only negative was the clubhouse pool is too small for the size of the resort. It was way to crowded whenever we went and could not enjoy the pool like we would have liked. Overall a great peppery and I would stay there again!

We all enjoyed our stay and the “Caddy Shack” was super comfortable. Our door lock had issues the first night and the hosts responded quickly and were there to help. Very friendly and great to do business with. Would definitely stay again!

The property was very nice! Best of both beautiful outdoor view with the lake and awesome amenities with the indoor and outdoor pools/hot tub. Loved the screened in patio area. It was very spacious, each room having its own bathroom with a shower was very convenient! Very clean and safe neighborhood with great atmosphere!
