The living area includes a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining table, a breakfast nook, a comfortable living room with cable TV/DVD and a queen-size sofa bed, and a private, covered patio. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a private bathroom with a jetted tub. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed. Both bedrooms offer cable TV and a closet and/or drawer space. The place was cozy, but I was disappointed in the pots and pans you had for cooking. Your place doesn’t even have basic pans to make a simple spaghetti dinner. The one pan could barely fit a box of macaroni. I went to make my kids eggs for breakfast and the pan you had was rusted and dirty. We stopped at the grocery store and spent over 200’on groceries that we couldn’t even cook because of the lack of kitchen pans available. I was disgusted with how dirty the floors are, I have a 2 year old that was crawling playing with his toys on the floor and his hands were black. My husband and I were confused and looked at our feet. He had a brand new pair of white socks and had just put on and I had just got out of the shower and my feet were black from dirt. This is unacceptable, for a family environment. We don't wear shoes in the house so this was obviously not cleaned prior to our arrival. Also the back sliding door lock is broken, and two peoplecouldn’t shower before the hot water would run out. For as big of company they you run, I would expect better from your rentals.

Fall trip

It was clean and nice don't like those old coil electric stoves. Just a suggestion to vrbo they should add another category for if the shower and tubs have grab handles

Good location in gated community.

Good and clean, but found one live roach on counter top the next morning, looked for others but found none. Could not communicate this with the office when we left, because they were not open. We left around 7:30? I Should have stopped by one other day when we were there. There's approx. nine(?) condos in this building.

Wouldn’t stay again only for one reason.

Everything was great at the place we stayed. We loved the location. We loved being close to the river and a playground just around the bend! The house was clean and nice. The only issue we had with the house is that the king size bed was not in the master room. Sounds small but when you have small children that sleep in your bed it would be nice for the bigger bed to be in the master room so they are not opening and closing doors late at night waking people up. We went with another couple who have no children and didn’t need the bigger bathroom. We were also told the bed on the other room was a Queen and it was a full. The beds were very uncomfortable as well. Other than that it was fine.

Very Pleased

Excellent location off the strip with access to bank fish. Very clean condo. Staff extremely friendly with easy check-in and check-out. Pool access was great and their indoor pool is heated! We will definitely try and stay here again.
