"Very nice and clean great staff "

"The reservation indicated that a continental breakfast would be provided, but no breakfast was available during our stay. Additionally, our room was not cleaned at all over the two days we were there. The condition of the room was concerning. The toilet was unstable and shifted significantly with each use, making it feel like it might break or tip over. It also ran continuously throughout the night. The shower setup was unusual and difficult to navigate—I nearly slipped trying to climb into the bathtub to use it. Given the nightly rate, I expected a higher standard of accommodations. While the staff were friendly and the lobby was beautiful, the quality of the room did not reflect the overall appearance of the property."

"This hotel was very professionally run, and the staff were extremely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure I had a quiet room which I had requested, My five day stay was completely enjoyable. I do not have one complaint. I will continue to use this hotel and recommend in the future. If you’re going to be staying in the airport hotel area I would highly recommend Sonesta Select."

"When I first checked in the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and it was a very positive experience day two I had to go to the front desk to ask for a maintenance person after I had called and 45 minutes later there was no response. The people behind the counter were very short and abrupt. I ended up finding someone in the hallway and asking them for assistance. Then I went to go check out and the lady behind the counter was extremely rude. Wouldn’t even look you in the eye and brushed you off the room. Myself was nice. It was clean however it had some serious plumbing issues. The toilet would not flush in the sink continued to back up."

"I had a very comfortable and relaxing stay—the room was clean and well-maintained throughout. It offered great value for money, making the experience even better. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I’d gladly come back again."

"I have stayed here twice. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy, free parking, breakfast is included and actually really good. There is a lovely energy in the place and the staff are friendly. I have to visit Philly every other month and find it easier to stay a park there, and use Uber to get into the city. I have paid as little as $19 which is a fraction of the parking cost in Philly! Genuinely feel safe and comfortable there"
