Mi Casa es tu Casa
This boutique inn was the perfect little place for my wife and me as we celebrated our 4th wedding anniversary. The place was very clean. The pool/hot tub was at ideal temperatures. Beach chairs are available to use & if you need some ice for your cooler, there is complimentary ice in the upstairs freezer. Which is great as the sugary sand beaches of Bradenton Beach is a couple of blocks away. In regards to dining, there are restaurants and bars on Bridge Street..everything closes at 10 PM. The owners of the property, Mark and Maria are very friendly and accommodating to your requests. We will definitely stay at one of their properties again. Property/experience notes for future guests: If you want high-quality dining I would suggest heading north up to Anna Maria Island. The Beach Bistro and The Porch I highly recommend. The restaurants on Bridge Street were not good, IMO. At the property, the cleaning crews promptly arrive at the property and start working around 9 AM. I understand, just that nothing really opens up until 10 AM. So if you are hoping to sleep in it could be interrupted. There are wood floors throughout the residence and as quiet as the cleaning crews try to be it can be noisy. Also, if your room is above the garage, expect to hear the garage door open and close a number of times. Lastly, like me, if you see pics of the kitchen and get excited, it is not a working kitchen & is not for cooking.

Splendid!!!
We were very satisfied how clean the property was. Thankful for the beach towels and nice beach chairs. Appreciate the quick response from owners regarding parking. Mark accommodated us!!! AMI is becoming our favorite get away location.

Last minute booking
Loved location and staying here. Flew in late, had some questions about parking, called Maria at midnight and she was more than helpful getting us settled. Very quiet. Very comfortable bed. Highly recommend especially if you want to be able to walk to bridge street and not fight the traffic. Will definitely return for a visit!!! 5 stars!!

Relaxing Island Getaway
Stayed 2 nights with my wife. I've been going to AMI for 25 years, so I'm very familiar, but this was our first time staying on the island (my parents live nearby). We would definitely come back and stay here again. First, the location is great. The beach, restaurants, shops, the free trolley are all a short walk away. Since there are no high rise buildings on the island, the rooftop deck offers fantastic panoramic views from Tampa Bay down to Sarasota and out across the Gulf. Second, it's obvious the owners care about providing a good experience for customers. Communication and check-in was easy, the property was clean and well-maintained, and the vibe was fresh, relaxed and comfortable. AMI is my favorite place on Earth, and Playa Esmerelda is a perfect place to stay to take in the real Bradenton Beach experience.

Fantastic Place
We loved staying here! The property is so close to everything, walkable shops and great restaurants. Watching the sunset from the rooftop perch was great! We really enjoyed the pool and spa after a day at the beach! Can't wait to come back here!

Love, love, love!
Amazing stay at this boutique hotel. Appreciated the excellent service from the concierge, JOSÉ, as well as from the owners. This property is in a great location, very close to beautiful beach and downtown Bradenton Beach’s shops and restaurants. Property was beautiful and quiet…nice that it’s adults only. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Honeymoon Suite
We had the best time at this Boutique Inn on our honeymoon. Walking distance to Bridge Street & the beach. This place was a 5-Star accommodation. Maria checked in with us to make sure we were taken care of & also was very helpful in extending our stay for an extra night. Excellent place to stay on the island & very luxurious.
