Nestled atop a gentle hill, Eagle's Nest is charming and secluded, offering unparalleled views of the serene Lake Charlevoix below. Located close to town, and has 110' of lake frontage. The layout allows for large groups, but also provides quiet spaces too. With 4 bed, 4.5 bath, and amenities galore; hot tub (on deck), 2 laundry rooms, 2 living rooms and 2 refrigerators!
Not including outdoor water fun for the entire group. The home sits on 5 acres which you are welcome to hike or even rent snow shoes ! Inquire about snow shoes prior to your stay please.

24/7. Front door uses keyed entry, but back door has a code you will be provided in case an 'old fashioned' key is inconvenient or misplaced.
Long paved Driveway, plenty of parking at the top.

Just outside of town, amongst many beautiful Lake Charlevoix homes.
No Pets Allowed
No use of fireplaces.

Feel free to walk the property if you have the ability to use an app and estimate property lines. There is a nice trail that runs directly away from the house into the woods. Do not hike October 1- January 1. Neighbors do hunt their land.

The hot tub is brand new and ready for you to enjoy. Please follow the safety guidelines and use designated towels.
