Time2Reflect - the most relaxing Bowral getaway!

You can easily enjoy the township and all it has to offer or relax at home with an extremely private backyard and rear undercover area as well as expansive living and dining spaces and comfortably appointed bedrooms. The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped and a delight to cook in.

- The main bedroom has a King bed, extensive clothing/cupboard space and a large dressing table/mirror, the main bedroom also has a spacious ensuite
- The second bedroom offers a Double bed with built-in cupboard space
- The third bedroom has a small Double bed and the fourth bedroom has a King-Single bed. Both rooms also include loads of cupboard space
- Spacious main bathroom including bath and shower
- Front porch area with seating, a delightful spot to sit to enjoy the morning sun, coffee in hand
- There is an additional room set up as a bar area, a great spot for friends to enjoy if catching up, this area could also be used as an office space if coming to the area for work

While we aren’t on the property and guests have the entire space to themselves during their stay, there are 2 areas locked/retained for owner use, linen cupboard and garage.

Guests have complete private use of the property, including self check-in/out via lockbox. I am available as needed for guests, however, otherwise leave them to peaceful enjoyment during their stay without interruption.

Very quiet residential area in Bowral. Close to Bowral biketrack and 2 children's parks/play areas.

There is driveway parking for up to 2 cars, otherwise, free street parking is also available.
