「Room layout was beautiful BUT was repulsive and had been heavily sprayed and I had difficulty breathing on entering. Large puddle wet yellow urine beside bed had been walked through by maids and us thereby entire carpet and tile floors wet. My shoes stuck to the tile floor and after removing my shoes to get ready for bed my socks were soaked and I had to put them on the heater to dry overnight. Then my bare feet were soaked getting to bed. I phoned the desk and was told someone would check in...

「Unfortunately not much was good about the room or property. Front desk she was great. Outdated property and hotel rooms, area had closed restaurants around it. She told us cleaning service was every 14 days, plus we had to sign a no smoking waver but the hallways and room smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana. Not good!」

「One staff member at the front desk was very very rude and unprofessional. We were several people in our party and we asked to speak to the manager. He was taken off the schedule for the next day we were there. He was beyond rude. Room and bathroom were dated.」
