「As always it was a great stay. The room was a bit smaller than last. At the beginning of the trip the customer service was great we were greeted and taken care of. At the end of the trip the person behind the front desk was not very friendly, she wasn’t at the desk but left a sign saying she would be right back. Which was fine but when she walked in she didn’t greet me I got up and walked up to the desk and said hello she said nothing. She was just standing there as if she didn’t want to be...
「Our family loved staying here and we will be back! The hotel is located near shopping and dining which made it easier going out, especially with young children. The room was spacious and accommodated our family nicely. The rooms are clean and the hotel is well kept. We will be staying next time we go to Phoenix. 」
