気になった点 : スタッフとサービス

最低最悪‼️ バーでのピザ提供に1時間…時間掛かるのは承知してたけどまさかカウンターに取り残されたいた冷めたピザを提供されました。そのピザの種類は頼んだ物に違いがありませんがスタッフが誰も動かずピザはずっと放置。そして冷めたピザを持ってきて温め直してもらいましたが当然まずい。不愉快すぎる。チェックアウトの朝も前日にピックアップを頼んでおいたのに迎え来ず… 重い荷物を200m近く持ってレセプションへ行きました。 2度とここのホテルは泊まらない。正直都心から離れていてホテルの期待はしていましたが全然良くなかったです。

お部屋は広くて快適でした。一部スタッフの方のカートの予約をしていたにも関わらず、来なかったり、タクシー代の料金が違っていたりというミスはありましたが、概ね良かったです。目の前の海が、海藻がたくさんあって海に入れなかったのはとても残念でした。

良い点リゾート感が溢れており、バンガローでの宿泊は理想的なバケーションでした。また、敷地内は自転車で移動が出来、バンガローからフロントや食事場所までの移動は苦ではありませんでした。(自転車の数は少ないですが、、) 悪い点・フロントの方の多くは英語があまり堪能ではなく、フランス語しか喋れないので意思疎通が困難です。(日本人スタッフはいます。) ・空港送迎の予約をしたのにスタッフの不手際で予約が出来ておらず、危うく帰れなくなるところでした。また、空港送迎の値段の把握も出来ておらず、法外な値段を請求されました。

メヌーアから174Kmの自然の残った素敵なビーチリゾート

ヌメーア市内からは少し離れているがまったりできるリゾートホテル、広大なホテルの敷地内にゴルフ場もあってゆったりとした時間が流れる素敵なホテル。

自然の中の高級ホテル

レセプションから各部屋（コテージ）までは距離がある。ゴルフカートで送迎もしてくれる。客同士あまり顔を合わさない。朝は周辺で徘徊している七面鳥などの鳴き声で目が覚めた。プールもきれいで、まさに南国のバカンスといったところ。年末年始だったためか、ディナーや送迎の予約が通っていなかったのは焦った。ただ、その際の従業員の対応は丁重で紳士淑女であった。

自然と文化に溶け込んだ素晴らしいホテル

素晴らしいホテルでした。特に自然を生かしたランドスケープデザイン、伝統的建築を生かした建物は素晴らしかった！食事も概ね美味しかったけど、唯一バーで頼めるパスタは頂けないです。。。

また是非利用したいです

総合的には満足行く滞在でした。週末は家族連れが多くプールなどはかなり混み合うので、(子供が多い！) 次回は平日メインで行きたいと思いました。レストランのメニューは充実してますが、2泊以上するとちょっと軽めのものが欲しくなります。事前に簡単なものを用意しておくことをお勧めします。レンタカーがあれば移動して近くのピザ屋さんなどにも行けるようです。タクシーだと軽く片道3500フランかかると言われ諦めました。グラスボート・スノーケリングツアーは1人2500フランでお得感がありました。 40分間の自由時間では珊瑚と熱帯魚をたっぷり堪能できました。午前中2回の出発がありますが、早い方が海のコンディションがいいようです。

Great setting in the countryside and on the beach. No parking allowed by the units (golf carts can be called for transport if necessary) making it very private and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay in a beach bungalow. The room was spacious and very clean with an amazing bathroom. The property itself was lovely and peaceful (we checked in midweek) and it never felt crowded. We loved the pool and the open air spaces around the bar to relax. The dining options are somewhat limited, and frequently several items on the menu were not available. The buffet breakfast, while varied, was a little off putting with the birds being so close to the food stations. Understandably it’s hot and you want the airflow from outside, however I think it would be wise to invest in some more food coverings. A few extra things in the room such as a few plates and some teaspoons would also be a great addition. Overall we had a great time and loved the private beach the property sits on.

Séjour en appartement, et pas d’eau chaude, impossible de prendre un bain et se doucher sauf à l’eau froide. Problème récurent dans cet établissement. Le personnel minimise ce problème !!!! De plus, attention à votre facture : car on vous attribue des consommations d’alcool prises par d’autres clients, et prélevées sur votre compte bancaire après votre départ !!!

It was ok, room is spacious and comfortable. For the size of the hotel there were very limited spaces next to swimming pool and not very comfortable access to the beach. Reception staff were not really friendly.

Such good potential.

We had a lovely stay, the room was gorgeous. A little disappointed that we would have liked to have hired the bikes and been on a snorkelling trip but no availability for a week. A shame this wasn’t mentioned prior to arriving. We also paid a lot for a themed buffet- the food was average and rather tasteless. Not enough staff for the number of guests- we waited over 40 minutes for a drink by the pool which arrived with no ice and was warm.
