「The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff and the location. The beach facing balcony was also worth the extra cost. However, it stays windy and if you are a light sleeper you will need earplugs. Bed was too hard for my taste but clean. There is no pool but you are right on the beach. The microwave and fridge were also nice to have. This is also close to the grocery store and other conveniences which includes tours to area sites nearby. Overall 3.5 stars above average. 」

「Todo está muy bien , los baños un poco antiguos pero en general todo muy bien , la chica de los masajes es una maga me quito el dolor del nervio ciático , lo único poco mal es que se escucha mucho cuando tienes huéspedes enseguida . 」

「Las habitaciones muy limpias, y en general las instalaciones y el servicio pero hay un detalle que no te comentan que hay una puerta en el baño con un segurito que lleva a otro cuarto y esto te da inseguridad. No hay tal cual un recepcionista 24 horas por lo que si tienes un problema no tienes a quien acudir」

「Es un hotel bonito, cómodo, cerca de muchos sitios de interés y del centro de convenciones, en la carretera a la playa de progreso, excelente si vienes por trabajo o de visita rápida.」

「Was forced to accept a handicap room or take room with dual beds. The handicap room has no shower door which made puddles of water in the bathroom everyday. The bed was a lowered bed. No hot water. Ruined our romantic stay. No bueno.」

「Hotel has potential but is very tired. Shower is good, bed is fine, fridge in the room is great, pool is clean. No English spoken, had to change rooms because of boiler problem, lost electricity twice although not sure if it was just the hotel or more widespread. Hotel very overpriced for what you get. Old tiles, no plug in sink, marks on walls etc. just needs a redue. Worst part..I was the only guest in the entire place ! Never had that happen before, kind of creepy. Staff was very nice.」
