I booked because of the balcony and fridge with the intention of relaxing with a glass of wine after a shower. Instead we had to go to a bar, unwashed, to eat and drink. The power cut wasn’t their fault but there were no solutions suggested to us. "

Personnel at gate was super unfriendly. I lost my money because virtual agent wasn’t able to refund me. Will never use this app to book again."
