• We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies.
• Fraud Prevention: Manager reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to screen all prospective renters, including but not limited to verification of identity and evaluation for potential fraud, as a condition of accepting any reservation.
• Mail service may not be available. Any deliveries sent to the mailbox cannot be retrieved.
• Follow all street signs for parking to avoid a ticket.
• Colorado is prone to extreme weather patterns and changes. Please use caution, as pathways, driveways, and roads can be slippery.
• No air conditioning in the lower unit, but the home remains comfortable with natural cooling typical of garden-level spaces.
• No traditional kitchen, thought the there is a convenient kitchenette in the lower level and there's a patio with a grill in a serene sitting area.
• As we’re in bear country, please help keep everyone safe: don’t leave food or trash outside, and always supervise children when outdoors.
