"Overall quite good, lack of extras in room, mini bar & goody drawers empty, sachet coffee only especially since a number of hotels now have Nespresso machines in the room. Have to pay extra for an espresso at breakfast. Bed OK if you like the type of body forming mattress but not my favorite. Great location."

"Pros Location, price, check in staff, cleanliness, nice and new, bed was so so comfy, no outside noise, black out curtains. The 1 bed had a washer and dryer in the bathroom and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Cons No hand/body soap in bathroom or shower, both were just empty. If you are sensitive to light, bring an eye mask. The smoke alarm light flashes 24/7 and the clock light was so bright but at least that can be unplugged. Really strong cooking smells on the 2nd floor, it was unpleasant. The vending machines weren't working with paywave, no cash, so I attempted to use the QR code and it took me to a scam website... The lounge was really bizarre, like there's heaps of room but just two small armchairs and a coffee table, like you can't watch tv and have a cuddle with your partner :'( they weren't that comfy either, neither were the dining chairs. The space needs a 2 seater couch or something especially for long stays or couples. "

"After hours, check-in was a breeze. There's a combination washer and dryer and small kitchen. The hotel is tucked away. However there are steps down to Lambton Quay. Also you can follow Boulecott Street down to Cuba Street and Waterfront."

"Easy parking, great location across The Papa. The rooms were spacious and well equipped. We loved the art at the hotel."

"While the room and the property was decent enough, the shower in the bathroom was filthy. We ended up scrubbing the walls of the shower ourselves, cleaning off layers of mold and mildew. We never had the chance to discuss it with the front desk as it is really tough to find anybody at the front desk anytime we walked through the lobby. Other than the shower the rest of the room seemed to be decent enough."

"Rooms are really clean, no stocks at all in the mini bar, not even bottled water. The Entertainment set up for the in room Tv is outdated by at least 10 years, wasn’t easy to relax as the hallways are very noisy- noise transfer . Beds are ok but maybe a 7/10 Bar staff downstairs were really awesome"
