建物の端まで、wifiが入ってきません。空港のシャトルは、一時間に一本で、コンフォートと併用なので、ピックアップの時は二時間待って、空港行きは一時間待ちました。部屋は、充分広いです。冷蔵庫あります。

I like the continental breakfast. Lots of variety. However, there was no other meals available. I like there was a pool, but no fitness center. What could be improved is the room had a musty smell like the rugs needed to be replaced. No plastic bag for the trash cans. The toilet was low for a child not adult size. It was a low drop to sit on the toilet, very uncomfortable. No privacy with sink being outside the bathroom.

The staff was excellent and very helpful, accommodating and polite. There was a lot of noise all night and made it very hard to sleep.

The shower did not work. No one came to fix it. It took 3 days for the management to address the issue long after I checked out. I was given a 50 credit for my inconvenience. Poor service, shabby facilities. I will never stay at a Ramada again. I didn’t realize how poorly they had allowed their hotel chain to deteriorate. It was a slum.

My only complaint was that the room we initially got smelled bad and we believe the mattress had bed bugs due to us feeling very itchy when in the bed. I will say the staff was quick to help us and change our room immediately and apologize for the trouble. A discount would have been appreciated.

It was dirty, weed smell in the hallway, my tub barely drained, and you could tell they had rushed cleaning the room as I had to clean some surfaces myself. I as a guest should not have to wipe down the surfaces. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was not good at all. Tried it twice, both times very disappointing. First morning the sausage patties were burnt and hard as a rock. The next morning they were out of scrambled eggs. I waited for about 20 min but they did not get more. I had to extend my trip but decided to switch hotels as I did not want to stay another night at this place.

The first floor was freezing. Loud. You hear every single person walking by and talking. They're were ants in the bathroom and the shower. There was hair stuck on wall of bathtub.

the hallways have no insulation so rain, water and cold air blows into them. the rooms have no microwave, the fridge kept freezing over, and the toilet barely worked. my friemd who also stayed his room didnt even have hot water

I think the hotel was under renovations so the outside walls and the hallways were freezing and there were areas where you could put your hands through cracks in the partition. It’s ok though…. Renovations can do that. The bed was super comfy and clean! I didn’t move all night and had a wicked restful sleep! The water was hot and the toilet worked! That’s good enough for me!!
