Property is a new bungalow style, 760 s.f.. unique home and is exceedingly comfortable. There is a bright and spacious front room with cathedral ceiling and natural light on three sides from ten large windows. A wood burning Jotul stove adds ambience and warmth on cold winter evenings. A spiral staircase leads to a loft with a skylight and futon. The bedroom has a queen bed and direct entry to a rear terrace. The entry porch has outside seating. A marble bathroom features glass shower, wall hung fixtures and a washer/dryer. Property is fully landscaped and offers two car parking. There is easy access to Marblehead's best outdoor experiences such as beaches and conservation land. It is a half mile walk to shops and restaurants in the old town and harbor. There is also a grocery store/beer store within 5 minutes of the house. Property is brand new construction designed by architect/owner. Minimum age for guests is 23. It is five miles from downtown Salem.

Easter Weekend Stay

Our stay was wonderful - the house is the perfect size for two people, it’s very clean, it’s very quiet, it’s interesting to just look at, and it feels very private…a great little escape from the very accessible nearby cities.

Beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood.

Perfect Cozy Spot

Excellent little place in the perfect location for exploring and relaxing. Quiet and comfy but with easy access to all the sights. 5 minutes from town, 10 to Salem. Great walkable neighborhood was a bonus. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location and very comfortable

This property is literally minutes away from Marblehead and a perfect base to explore Boston, Salem, Gloucester, etc. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is spotless.

Marblehead Cottage

Loved this location. It was quiet and had close access to conservation nature areas, the quaint old downtown of Marblehead and it’s bay. We enjoyed exploring the town and learning about its history. We recommend this cottage for those who love history and nature and appreciate being away from the hustle and bustle of a city. The host was very helpful with suggestions about historical landmarks and local groceries and restaurants. .

First time in Marblehead

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend getaway to this scenic New England town. The cottage is charming and the modern design maximizes the space. All we needed for a comfortable stay was there. Comfortable bed with soft linens, modern fixtures in the kitchen and bath and a friendly cat that visits in the yard!

Special Spot in Marblehead

No regrets staying at this rental in Marblehead. Perfect spot for our stay while we visited for a few days. Just outside the hustle and bustle of Salem and close to the quaint spots for shopping and eating in historic Marblehead. Beauty all around. The owners were so helpful when I accidentally left something behind. A++

The home was very clean, and the neighborhood was nice and also clean. We could walk around easily and look at all of the old homes, there was also a grocery store very close which was nice.

Best Little Vacation Rental EVER❤️

My daughter and I took a short trip to Marblehead and Salem for Fall Break. This property was PERFECT for the two of us. Great proximity to all Marblehead and Salem attractions and hot spots, beautiful neighborhood, equipped with everything we needed. We loved starting our day with morning coffee on the porch and planning our activities. Property owner was very responsive. Thank you for a great, first-time experience in Marblehead. We’ll be back!

Amazing stay!!

My wife and I came to visit the Marblehead/Salem area, and absolutely loved everything about our stay!! The property we stayed at was exactly as described, amazingly clean and orderly, and an absolutely beautiful little oasis of a bungalow! The neighborhood is. Wry clean, neighbors are all very nice, and the property managers/owners were nothing but accommodating! Ms. Damaris was super quick to allow us an early check-in, and the check-in process was probably the easiest I’ve ever experienced! They also leave plenty of information on the table about the surrounding area, amenities and attractions! I would absolutely recommend, and will happily stay here again the next time we visit! Peaceful Sanctuary

When our good friends booked a wedding venue near Salem, Mass in the middle of October, we wanted to stay accessible to, but just outside the madness. This little cottage in Marblehead was a perfect choice! It’s an easy Uber ride from Downtown Salem, yet enough removed to allow for peaceful downtime. The cottage is cozy and bright with everything we needed and is surrounded by a lovely yard and gardens. The host and hostess were kind and accommodating. I would absolutely recommend this stay for anyone.

Perfect Respite!

What a fabulous experience I had staying in this gorgeous home. I was in town for the weekend attending a retreat, and this was the perfect place to seek calm, peace and solace. The listing does not do the home justice. It was impeccably clean, well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The bed and linens were such a lovely surprise! So soft and comfortable. Communication with the owners was flawless as well. I hope to return again on the future.

best vrbo I have ever stayed in

and I have stayed in quite a few! Only 2 years old. owners live next door and husband is an architect who designed the rental. Everything is very tastefully decorated and exceptionally clean. No stains on any furniture. Bed has a comfy foam topper and high quality sheets. All the windows open for fresh air which is high on my list. Bathroom modern and very clean. house has a lot of windows and all were squeaky clean. I sat on the couch one afternoon with doors and windows open and it was like being outside. Property is in a very high end neighborhood which in Marblehead says a lot. Quiet street. Not really within walking distance of anything so need to drive to downtown or stores. My only suggestion for owners would be to be sure tv works prior to each guests arrival and to provide a new wrapped kitchen sponge. Being a med tech I am very aware of hygiene and you never know what prior renters used the sponge for. otherwise perfect. Thanks.
