15 minutes driving to Boston downtown, Seaport, Boston Harbor, BC, BU, Harvard, MIT, Fenway park, Mass General and other Boston hospitals.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house is very well situated, close to everything we needed, and was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, which made everything smooth and easy. We had family staying with us, and everyone felt right at home. If they visit again, we’ll definitely be booking this place again. Highly recommend!

Modern clean townhome

Gary’s property in Watertown was the perfect place for my family and I to stay while visiting more family in Boston. The home is located in a quite but central suburb even walking distance from a few restaurants and good supermarkets and gyms. The home was clean, and had everything you needed in the kitchen as well. Definitely recommend this place and may stay here again in the future.

Absolutely fantastic stay! This brand-new townhouse felt like a luxury home away from home. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how spotlessly clean everything was — it genuinely sparkled. All the appliances are new and worked perfectly. The house is incredibly spacious and beautifully designed — plenty of room for our family of 5.Every detail has been thought of, and the place is impeccably maintained. The location in Newton is perfect: quiet, safe, and just 6 miles from downtown Boston, yet it feels like a peaceful retreat.Gary was wonderfully friendly, responsive, and genuinely helpful.We love Newton and can’t wait to come back.
