The sunny terrace and adjoining garden are particularly popular—perfect for breakfast outdoors or relaxing after a day at the beach. A private parking space right next to the house and bike storage are also available.
The apartment is located in a quiet, low-traffic residential area in the southern part of Borkum’s town center. The North and South Beaches, the tidal flats, restaurants, cafés, shopping, and the pedestrian zones are all within easy reach. The Borkum Kleinbahn train station, with a connection to the ferry terminal, is also nearby.
