It is a nice quiet place, specially in off season. Thought, it is a bit far from the attractions. We had to pay a bit more than was in the offer: 67,96 instead of 62,10. It would be correct to inform about all the charges during the booking process!

Stanza consegnata due ore dopo orario previsto da check in. Senza una scusa... Arroganza totale. Terribile esperienza dopo due ore siamo andati via benché avessimo pagato 108 euro. Maleducazione e sporcizia.

Ideal for families. Very spacious apartment with beautiful flowered surroundings. Lots of activities for kids to explore. Perfect location to visit San Marino as a break while driving down the Adriatic coast.

Mi sono fermata solo un giorno ,tempo necessario per vedere la città di San Marino. Il centro vacanze si raggiunge facilmente, tutto sommato è un bel posto con i pavoni lasciati liberi , i ciuchini le caprette ,ben adatto a famiglie con bambini piccoli. La camera assegnataci disponeva di un letto matrimoniale e un letto a castello(era sfruttabile all'occorrenza da 4 persone),zanzariere alle finestre ma....il bagno non era ben pulito,la polvere avvolgeva totalmente il filo dell'asciugacapelli,presumo da questo la superficialità nella pulizia

Check what is available before you Book
Based on the facilities, I would imagine that this property is amazing in peak season. Unfortunately things are different right now. There is no bar, no restaurant and no shop. So no food or drink is available. Considering the property is in the middle of no where, half way up a mountain, this is seriously restrictive. The staff are great and did their best for us (particularly Julia) but the only way to get an evening meal was to get a taxi to the Historic Centre of San Marino which cost 25 Euro each way. I recommend checking what is available before you book

Quiet place perfect for a few nights
Individual cabin was a nice touch. Whole place is also a campsite and holiday resort so had lots of facilities although closed as I visited off season. Really polite and helpful reception helped with directions to local food and drink and taxis as place was kind of isolated. 30 minute walk to football stadium for those up for a hilly trek. I liked the walk back but it was challenging.

Appena arrivati alla reception personale poco cortese e pretesa di pagamento anticipato. L alloggio si presenta con bagno maleodorante, ragnatele, scarsa pulizia e per finire acqua fredda e caldaia non funzionante. Nonostante l interessamento del personale, i tempi di attesa lunghi non hanno permesso il soggiorno. Rimborso ottenuto con difficoltà nonostante non avessimo ancora cominciato il soggiorno.

Ottimo per famiglie
Abbiamo pernottato una notte di passaggio. Alloggio grande composto da due camere separate, patio con tavolino e due sedie e parcheggio riservato accanto all’alloggio. Molto silenzioso e pulito, comprende molte strutture (piscina, campi sportivi, giochi per bambini, fattoria) che lo rendono particolarmente adatto a un soggiorno per famiglie con bambini.

Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.Gute Einrichtung und sehr schöne Anlage mit einem kleinen Tierpark. Auch sehr gutes Restaurant auf der Anlage. Würden sicher wieder dort hin kommen, wenn wieder in der Gegend.

Ottimo villaggio
Bellissimo villaggio per famiglie, tutto alla portata di mano. Bella la piscina, i giochi e le strutture sportive. Posto rilassante e immerso nel verde. La sitemazione con camere ampie. Uniche pecche la cucina troppo piccola e sacrificata all'interno di un armadio e il Wi-Fi troppo lento.

Campeggio carino, con una bella piscina con chiusura alle 19. Purtroppo al nostro arrivo lo chalet era sporco: il bagno presentava residui dei precedenti ospiti e il letto capelli e terra. Soltanto dopo un’ora e mezza (alle ore 20) la camera è stata ripulita... peccato, forse siamo stati sfortunati

Great stay but bad WiFi
The staff is lovely, the restaurant next to the camping is literally the best ! The staff treated us like royalty, they were just amazing. The little chalet was cosy and clear, the bathroom need a little revamp, the biggest issue is the WiFi, it just doesn’t work or it keep cutting.

Holiday camping ground
More a holiday village than a hotel. A stay can be comfortable indeed. Helpful staff informed on use of public transport, on which Google Map did not supply any information. Signage for car and pedestrian in the camp site can be improved. Roads within the premises are quite worn. Restaurant out of service when we stayed (in November) for breakfast and other meals. Swimming pool off season and out of service. Laundry does not supply detergents.

Enjoy the relaxing enviroment and slow moving pace
We stayed in a little duplex next to the barnyard. The unit set in an olive grove, which was different. We enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was very good. I mention the barnyard because we enjoyed the sounds of the rooster in the morning and pretting zoo so nearby.

Fantastisk sted
Kan kun sige et fantastisk sted og overnatte, ligger perfekt hvis man skal besøge San Marino og ligger kun en halv times kørsel fra stranden. Serviceminde personale, som er søde og hjælp somme, restauranten er fantastisk med glade og venligt personale og den lokale vin er fantastisk. Kan kun anbefale dette sted og vender helt klart tilbage til næste år🙏👍

Convenient good place to stay.
Selve studioet/hytten var fin, der manglede lidt bestik, til at der skulle være nok til os alle 3. Husk at medbringe håndklæder hvis i vil benytte poolen. Da campingpladsens egne ikke må bruges der. Campingpladsens håndklæder ligner forvoksede viskestykker. Der er wifi på hele pladsen, der fungerer så som så. Pool området er fint, og der er eget bassin til børnene. Som på de fleste andre steder i Italien, med pool område så skal man bruge en svømmehue.

Un bon séjour dans la nature
Séjour dans un chalet monolocale. L'accueil du matin par des paons est très sympa. Par contre, le plancher en bois grincait vraiment fort et il y aurait des petites améliorations à faire. Sinon un bon séjour loin du tumulte de la côte Adriatique. Par contre, voiture indispensable.

Non è propriamente un hotel, si tratta in verità di un campeggio che dispone di alcuni "chalet" che di fatto vengono utilizzati come camera d'albergo con bagno annesso, ma che sono collocati all'interno del campeggio, sparsi qua e là. Va bene se amate la vita agreste, se vi piace la vita all'aria aperta o se siete in vacanza con dei bambini, ma noi eravamo a San Marino per lavoro e per questo non va bene. Ad esempio la colazione viene servita dalle 8 e per noi era troppo tardi. diciamo che dal sito io questo non l'avevo capito... La camera è spartana, l'arredamento è vecchio e il frigobar è vuoto, perché si ritiene che gli ospiti comprino le cose al minimarket del campeggio... Insomma, può andar bene se si vuole fare una vacanza in semplicità e a contatto con la natura, soprattutto con dei bambini ma non per noi!
