Its absolutely disgusting place. With cockroaches and holes in a wall. Staff is mean. Looked like the place was under closer or something...very creepy. The only nice person was a security gard who was always making sure we were safe.

Disappointing

Far away from the expectations: very poor conservation state, no wifi in rooms, lack of motivation in management, overpriced. Little support after claiming my non refundable fee. I was upgraded for the last two nights to a room with nice views but no wifi and an even worse conservation state.

Hotel needs to be renovated

Hotel need to be renovated. Room does not have anything, no cup, no hair dryer, have to ask for them and have to ask many times even have to pick up from reception (reception is unattended most the time). Our toilet was even clogged. However, staff are very nice.

최악의 호텔

세상 최악의 호텔입니다..밤새 트라이시클이 정말 바로 내귀옆에서 돌아다니는 줄 알았습니다.건물은 딱 폐가 수준...이런 호텔도 아닌 창고같은 곳을 20만원 넘게 주고 예약한 저에게 너무 실망했네요

이곳은 그냥 가지마세요.

일단 트라이씨클 기사조차도 잘 모릅니다. 위치는 좋은데 입구간판이 떨어져나간지 10년이 지난듯합니다. 그럼에도 보수를 안한다는건 관리를 1도 안한다는 뜻이지요. 직원들 서비스는 좋다나쁘다 평가할정도는 아니지만 그냥 영혼없는 서비스 그 이상 이하도 아닙니다. 룸컨디션은... 청소상태는 그냥 없다고보시면됩니다. 룸클리닝..그딴거 없습니다. 전구가 나가서 이게 호텔방인지 맛사지 샵인지 구분안갈정도였는데 다시돌아오겠다는 말만 남기고 체크아웃할때까지 답변이 없습니다. 보라카이 이 좋은 스테이션1의 위치에 이런식으로 운영하는게 참 안타깝습니다. 조금만 신경쓰면 좋은 리조트가될수있을텐데.. 얘네 사장이 게으른가봅니다. (내가 해보고싶다는생각이 들정도..) 보라카이만 4번가고 기타 동남아 여행등 수없이 많이 다녀봤지만 다시는가고싶지않은 리조트 최고순위로 뽑았습니다. 다음에 다시 이곳을 올일은 없겠지만 혹 이곳밖에 없다라면 그냥 비행기표를 환불해버리겠습니다. 리조트 앞의 가드는 친절합니다. 살짝(?)개념없긴해도.. 나름 필리핀사람처럼 천진난만(?)합니다.. 액티비티상품도 팔려고하고..ㅎㅎ 이친구가 차라리 다른 리조트 가드로 갔으면 하는 바램이네요..

Beachfront hotel

I took the beachfront room and the view was fantastic. Our beds were nicely decorated with fresh flowers but pitty enough that you can still see some stains on bedsheets. The hotel were not maintained really good otherwise it will be a really nice hotel. But since we've only stayed for overnight It don't bother us.

Best location on the island but totally run down. No hot water or its not working and the day we left the water was cut off for non payment . Shame on the owner for leaving such property to become so sad .

We have travelled all over the world and stayed in many different kinds of places from top end to hostels. This is THE WORST hotel experience we have ever had. If we could give this hotel a negative score then for sure we would do it. The reason it is non refundable is that if you get here and see it you will immediately want your money back but they won't give it to you so your trapped in this total dump for the rest of your vacation. The only positive thing is the location. Everything it says on the booking site is a lie, including the pictures. 1. It's not safe. By the pool there are electrical wires coming out of the ground that just have electrical tape on the end. 2. The pool is not clean. 3. The rooms are not clean. They are in serious need of updating. Even the garbage cans are broken. 4. The wifi is NOT in every room, only in public areas and it's very weak if it works at all. 5. Even the garbage cans are broken. 6. The safe in our room didn't work. 7. They don't have a laundry service 8. There is NO massage or spa service at this hotel 9. The lock on the door to our room didn't work. Also, only one key for the room. The door was damaged and took a lot of strength to open and close 10. There is almost no water pressure. 11. There was a leak under our sink but they didn't fix it they just put a bucket under the leak to catch the dripping. 12. Run down place on a beautiful beach

When we checked in we were told to be careful not to lose the key because they only had one copy. The place is old... 20+ years and it is really run down with some serious maintenance issues that have not been attended to. Even missing shower knobs??? I mean... really? The food is good in the restaurant and the staff try to please, but this place is sad... it needs a gut job and a total renovation!

Bien placé mais Pas Bien entretenu

Deuxième fois sur Boracay mais la Jai Pas du tout tout apprécier l'hôtel je suis Tres déçu sur l'accueil la propreté et le service. Apres l'hôtel est isolé cest tres bien pour les amoureux avec un peu de marche pour aller aux centres d'intérêts. Hotel mal entretenu limite sale et le service est limite surtout au petit déjeuner.

大概就是適合睡覺的地方,行程多多的比較適合住在這裡 如果是想要來長灘島悠閒度假,再飯店休息享受的 比較不適合來住這間飯店喔 裡面有泳池 但都沒看到人使用 但飯店服務人員服務很好

少し清潔感に劣る

スタッフの対応はよいが、ステーション2のそれなりの価格のホテルを利用したあとだったので、清潔感が…と感じてしまった。場所は徒歩でいける距離に日本人が入れそうなレストランはなく、トライスクルでの移動が必須。セキュリティがいるので安全面は心配ないレベル。

The room in my hotel had a good view

The hotel is located in the front beach . My room had a very nice view of the beach. The suite room was very spacious. I liked the room and it was very modern. It was clean and smelled good .there staff was very accommodating and they did try their best to help us. We enjoyed eating in their restaurant. We had a very relaxing stay.
