Elevator non functional except for 1 day. Hand locks were loose, water splash of bathub floor, unsafe. Loose faucet Hotel across street is under renovation the whole time during our stay. We like the spacious room and clean in general. Theattendace and employees are vey helpful, courteous and respinsive to our requests.

I like the staff, friendly and attentive. Room is ok but cable tv channels listed on wall is not the ones on air. The a/c in the common areas ie, lobby reception and dining room are not working or at least turned off. Only one a/c unit is working so it’s uncomfortable to eat. Free wifi is only good at the front of the building. The back rooms you don’t get reception. Lobby men’s’ washrooms facilities need some TLC,

Ideally situated, shower was freezing cold everyday, building work next door woke you at 8am. Hotel staff were very polite and breakfast was ok. Close to beach.

Disappointed

during a 2 day stay there was no hot water. I told the staff but nothing who said they would fix it but never did. I put the sign out requesting the room be cleaned but they never cleaned it. They only allow one key per room to be shared with your spouse. This means that you cannot leave the aircon on when you step out. With temperatures in the high 30s it takes some time to bring the room temperature back down to a comfortable level. The breakfast included fried spam instead of ham, powdered juice and toast that was not toasted, just warmed. The mattress is cheap foam, it does not make for a comfortable sleep. There is a number provided in the room you can text if you have any problems. We texted regarding the lack of hot water but never received a response

マッサージ頼んだら、1時間待っても来ない。フロントも教えてくれない。部屋に電話がなく、連絡が取れない。 スタッフの携を連絡用で使ってるようだが、部屋には携帯の電波が無い。お勧めできません。バスタブの水も流れず溜まる。
