Bulbs burnt out in room, refrigerator not working and asked to have replaced. I don't believe it ever was. As much as you charge per night, slightly overconcerned about towel limits. Wave pool not running 2 full days we were there but no problem running day we left. Was not in system so communication issue with website and hotel !!!!!!

My stay was great, Crown Regency is very close to the beach, D'mall and easy to get transport from and to. However, the buffet breakfast that was included with my stay was not what I would usually eat for breakfast and as a vegan my breakfast was usually rice or fruit, there weren't many choices for me. The wifi also wasn't very fast but that was to be expected. Other than those two minor issues, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice and we overall had a great time there.

まずチェックインでパソコンのパスワードロックがかかったりスタッフがダラダラしたりで1時間以上待たされた。施設内は老朽化しており清潔感もイマイチ。朝食は品数が少なく味も微妙。2日目は朝食ブュッフェをやめて外食にしました。この価格帯でこの酷さは初でした。

Do not go to a very bad place to stay

這個飯店已經被素質低落且富而無禮的大陸華人給佔滿了, 連帶的服務的菲律賓服務生前台非常不禮貌 身為ㄧ個旅遊業者前往長灘島20幾次的經驗 這次是最差的 每天的早餐供應時間7-9點就是ㄧ場戰爭 不只質量很差 完全配不上他的飯店星等 非常不建議帶著家屬去度假 甚至歧視大陸籍旅客 極少數浪費的行為 對於水果與蔬菜採用分配 讓人感覺有乞討得委屈感 客房服務也極差 本人升等住宿POOL SIDE房樓中樓 全家人都在ㄧ樓脫下戶外鞋 客房服務生卻在我全家人面前 直穿鞋子踩踏上ㄧ二樓 床上有沙礫 每日飯店的補充礦泉水 只有當我跟前台投訴後有送兩瓶 隔天又忘記了要補充 淋浴間的洗浴用品時時沒有補充到位 每天飯店的大堂就是滿滿的旅行團客 不停的導遊用麥克風嘶吼 飯店的服務生 也欺負中國籍旅客不懂陰文 當我家人用流利的英語 才有合理的服務 The hotel has been filled with low-quality and rude Mainland Chinese, polite reception of the associated services in the Philippines is very rude As a tourist to Boracay 20 times the experience of this is the worst daily breakfast supply time is 7-9 points ㄧ war Not only poor quality is not fully equipped with his hotel star is not recommended to go on vacation with their families Or even discriminate mainland travelers a very small amount of waste behavior for the distribution of fruits and vegetables make people feel beggarly sense of grievance Room service is also very poor, I upgrade accommodation POOL SIDE House floor, the whole family are off ㄧ floor, outdoor shoes The room waiter stamped on the second floor with my shoes in front of my whole family  Bed of gravel Daily mineral water in the hotel only when I complained to the front desk to send two bottles The next day I forgot to replenish the bathroom shower products from time to time without replenishment Every day, the hotel lobby is full of tour guides off non-stop guide with a microphone roar

대스크직원들 불친절 짜증날 정도로 느리고 신속하게 처리되는게 하나도없었다. 샤워할때는 뜨거운물도 나오질않고... 맘에 든건 수영장에 인공서핑 가격은좀비싸다.

Average hotel within walking distance of the beach

First impression of the hotel lobby was nice. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast, although not included, was average. The pool area was fun for kids but there was not a lot of places to sit. While the hotel advertises surfing and underwater activities, it's all extra charge even as a hotel guest. Within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the beach so there was no need to take a taxi or tricycle.

家族７人、２部屋3日間宿泊しました。 ベットのシーツ、バスタオル、ゴミ箱等は毎日綺麗にしてくれましたが 床のごみや髪の毛のが入室時から気になり廊下の汚さ夜中まで韓国人や中国人の声や ドアの開閉音がうるさいのも気になります。 何よりエレベーターが３～４つあるうちの１つしか可動しないのは 迷路の様な広くて大きいホテルだけにロビーまで行くのに遠すぎて時間が掛かりすぎますね。 ステーション２まで近く立地条件と熱いお湯が絶えず出るのは◎です。 ホテルのプールで遊んでる人が少なく私たちは一度も利用しませんでした。 WI-FIは部屋の場所に寄りますが４階J棟は全くつながらず みんな１階まで降りて行っていました。 周りに飲食店やコンビニ、ランドリーもあり目の前をバイクタクシーが絶えず走っており その点は不自由しませんでした。

Very average for price

Staff not very attentive to guest needs. Called 6 times for extra towels. Shower pressure was very poor, had to call twice to get it fixed. Wifi was very poor and my view from the room was a calories lines, chicken and half unbuilt building. It expected more for what I paid. I do not recommend to my friends

약간 실망했어요. 앞뒤사이건물이 가깝고 지하에는 조식먹을때 파리돌아다녀서 실망했습니다. 해변까지 아이데리고 걷기엔 멀고 트라이시클 타야합니다. 약간 화이트비치와 멀지는 않지만 애매한 거리입니다

보라카이 몇번 방문한 분들은 아시겠지만 디몰구경보다 한국에서는 느끼지 못할 아름다운 화이트 비치를 보면서 휴식이 더 즐거운걸 아실거여요 거기에 좀 더 저렴한 가격에 휴식할 리조트 찾으시면 나쁘지 않아요 ~

모텔보다 못한 청소 상태와 2성급 정도의 수준

동네 모텔보다 청소상태가 안 좋았고, 키친, 욕실 모두 오래되어 마모된 상태였다. 침대 사이드테이블, 키친, 욕실에 개미가 있다. 타월은 오래되어 뻣뻣하고 색이 회색으로 변질된것들로만 있다. 체크인 카운터 여직원들이 상태히 불친절하다. 조식부페는 먹을게 없어 커파만 마셨다. 중국사람이 너무 많아 객실, 로비, 조식에서 너무 시끄러워 편히 지낼수가 없었다. 풀장 청소상태 안좋다. 오래되어 칩칩해 들어 갈 수가 없었다. 4성급이 아니라 2성급 정도의 컬리티다. 다시는 갈 일 없다!!!

It was a nice stay but service could be improved. Wifi as stated to be free is not entirely true. You'll be given a voucher that lasts for 4 hours. So you need to enter a new voucher code everytime it expires which is such a hassle. Other than that the hotel is not that far from the beach. About 5 minute walk and that's not too bad. Cheers!

We don't have any wash cloth in the bath room

My stay was excellent,but the price for the tour of underworld is rediculous ,they serve us a snack after that in which the french fries was cold and chewy

광장히 불친철함.청결도 안좋음

광장히 불친철하다. 다시는 안가고 싶다. 방에 곰팡이 냄새가 너무 많이 났다. 룸체인지 요청 하였으나 쳐다도 안보고 안된다고 한다.

수영장이 좋은호텔,

바다까지 걸어나가려면 호텔로비에서 십분정도 걸려요. 깨끗하고 물도 잘 나오고 직원들도 친절해요. 단 하루도 채 안묵었는데 전기랑 물이 두번이나 나갔어요. 더워서 창문열어놓고있자니 담배냄새가들어오고 , 닫자니 덥고.. 양치하다 물이 끊겨 식수로 입행구고, 샤워하러 들어갔다 단수되서 그냥나오고.. 이 텀이 한 30분정도 있었던거 같아요. 이런경우가 자주있는거 같진않으니 수영장 이용 즐기시는분들은 추천해요. :)

화이트비치와 디몰을 이동하기에 괜찮은 위치

호텔위치는 스테이션2 뒷쪽에 위치하고 있어서 화이트비치와 디몰을 도보로 이동하기에 괜찮은 위치였고 디빨리파파(해산물)에 인접해 있어서 볼거리는 좋았다 그러나 호텔내 객실 상태가 많이 낙후되어 출입문 열때도 힘들었고 군데군데 찍힌곳도 있었고 화장실 욕조도 고장나 있었고. 금고도 잘 작동되지 않았음

Very friendly staff but service was very poor

Very friendly staff but was not competent enough. Hot water service is very bad. Literally no hot water was available for shower. One boiler for the entire hotel is no sufficient. Shower pressure is very low. Internet wifi password expired every couple of days and a hassle to update every time. Food was great for breakfast, however it was catered predominantly for chinese tourists. In-house water diving & pool staffs were exceptionally friendly and helpful. House keeping staff was exceptional good. Overall staffs were very kind and helpful, however, more work to be done on the service. Suggest assisting guests in crossing the road or some sort of traffic management system in place.
