「It’s a great place to stay! The accommodation was very comfortable, and I didn’t feel any concern about safety. The location is convenient for transportation, and there’s a large supermarket within walking distance, which makes it suitable for long-term stays as well. When I arrived, there was no hot water and the heater wasn’t working, but it turned out the main valve for the water heater had just been turned off, so I was able to fix it myself. I’d love to stay here again if I have the chance.」

「Excellente adresse dans un quartier très cosmopolite. Nous retenons cette adresse pour de futures visites à Rouen.」

「Surtout , attention à ce genre de propriétaire arnaqueur, en effet l'hote ne répond aux appels sur 06 66 15 60 51 (comme indiqué sur les échanges avec Abritel) De ce fait , lorsque le locataire est sur place ( et qu'il n'a pas internet sur son portable) cet HOTE ARNAQUEUR NE REPOND PAS . Inacceptable car il rejette la faute sur les locataires et se sent en position de force.( C'est impossible de répondre à certaine de ces questions car nous n'avons pas pu accéder à la location)」
