Appartement correct mais de nombreuses petites choses à revoir

Nous avons passé un séjour correct mais l’appartement n’était plus aussi charmant que l’annonce et les commentaires précédents le laissaient entendre.Or, la propriétaire n’a pas répondu à nos messages qui lui indiquaient les problèmes.Par exemple :• il n’y avait que 3 fourchettes… et nous étions 4 !• Les couchages sont vieillissants et inconfortables. Le lit 2 places est tellement difforme qu’il déborde du sommier. Les lits d’appoint commencent à être déchirés et n’avaient pas le sur-matelas (pourtant noté sur le livret d’accueil mais cette information manqué sur l’annonce). L’un d’eux n’avait pas été aspiré et notre fille aurait pu dormi dans les miettes qu’on a découvert en le dépliant.• Il n’y avait pas le lave-linge disponible. (Pourtant proposé sur l’annonce au moment de notre réservation)• On ne nous a fourni qu’un seul torchon pour la vaisselle et mains et il manquait peut-être 2 grandes serviettes (pour 4) • il y avait de nombreuses toiles d’araignée y compris dans la salle de bain dans l’étagère au dessus du lavabo. L’appartement était globalement propre.• l’eau chaude est inversée sur tout les points d’eau avec un risque de se brûler.• et d’autres choses encore…Nous retenons que l’appartement est très bien placé et qu’il est fonctionnel mais nous ne pouvons pas être aussi élogieux que les commentaires qui nous ont encouragés à le réserver. D’autant que la propriétaire n’a malheureusement jamais répondu à nos messages après notre installation.

Parfait

Logement très propre et conforme à la description, très bien aménagé. Idéalement situé en centre ville, proche de tous commerces. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour.

Fonctionnel

Appartement fonctionnel, lumineux et très bien équipé. Beaucoup de couchages. Situé en centre ville, il y a tout type de commerces autour. Vraiment tout. Nous avons juste eu à poser nos valises sans se tracasser.
