"The pool was pretty cold the pool gate was broken you had to walk right around the front it was very dark walking around there in the night no lights at all "

"Location was close walk to beach, streets were dark on walk home. Very friendly staff. Our room did not look like the online pics, I thought we would have a little cabin-like room however we had a room in a shared building so was loud in the morning due to traffic. "

Apparently you had to request which I did not see that information when booking online until I had arrived late with my kids amd resd it in the envelope. I then tried to get some bowls/ spoons in the morning but the front office was not open. Still wasnt when I left at 9.30 in the morning. Otherwise overall it was comfy and clean. "

"We met up with travelling friends and it was the perfect location. We were able to walk to restaurants shops pubs and the beach across the road. Staff were friendly rooms were spacious and comfortable A vey pleasant long weekend"

"We had a super stay! Staff was all friendly and helpful, we got a surprise upgrade to a penthouse suite which we didn’t need, but truly appreciated. The porch spaces took superior advantage of the views from this hotel. The pools were AMAZING and the parking safe and secure. Nice location to walk the pier and enjoy the downtown. Things do close early (like 4-5pm) so plan accordingly. Only the restaurant was a let down. Meh food and had to work to get silverware and napkins. Staff there was friendly. We would definitely stay again and recommend this resort!"
