Cute 2 bedroom, 2 bath Park Model in the mountains with large covered porch and rear deck with firepit. Fun, active community in the mountains! Nicely paved roads for easy access! Golf, Tennis, Pickleball, shuffleboard, heated outdoor pool, billiards, ping pong, fishing in stocked river and lake, hiking, dancing, cards, Yoga, and many other recreational activities! Community has their own restaurant; or you can enjoy a great selection of restaurants closeby in Banner Elk, Newland, and Boone. Hiking on the Appalachian Trail only 3 miles away. Explore Grandfather Mountain. Or, visit one of the many wineries or festivals in the area. Bedrooms: 1 queen bed in Master bedroom, 1 queen sleeper sofa in living room, and set of bunk beds in separate bedroom/laundry room. No carpeting, new 2022 deluxe vinyl oak-plank flooring. A cozy nest in the mountains

Well maintained, clean, well equipped park model home with a great porch. Neighborhood was excellent and neighbors friendly. Close access to stores and restaurants.

Away in the mountains

This was our base for the week my wife and I spent a week sightseeing on the Blue Ridge Parkway. The property is cute and well maintained. Just right for 2 people. The bed is one of the best we've found in a rental. The neighbors are quite close, but we were never disturbed at night. It has a full kitchen, but we mostly ate takeout, with several options about a 15 minute drive away. A note: Google will navigate you to the right road, but does not put the dot on the right house. You have to follow the address numbers once you're one the street.

Excellent!!

Really enjoyed our stay on Teaberry Lane. The home was immaculate., cozy and felt like home. The area is beautiful.
