This condo was nice, except the upstairs tenants/guest were up stomping around all night. It was very disturbing and the sound of every footstep is loud. There is no ac or heat in the bedrooms. Just a split unit in the dining room. Beds were comfortable, but felt smaller than a queen. For the price, i think there are better options.

Nice condo. A little further off Main St than we thought , but thats ok. The towels mildewed very fast. You could hear the upstairs people a lot. Condo was equipped with anything you may need. We didn't use anything, as we weren't there long enough. Thank you.

This is the second time I have stayed in this unit, and both times I have found it perfect for two unrelated adults due to its two master suites. Location is perfect for walking to town. Recommend!

This is a great location! It is quiet and in a 2 block walk you are in the heart of Blowing Rock. This kitchen is very well equipped and the place is very comfortable.

Polar Plunge Weekend

The location is perfect.The gas fireplace is so cozy on a cold evening.Great Wine glasses to share a nice glass of vino by the fireplace.Owners of the property very attentive to our questions after we arrived.A fantastic weekend!

Great Location

We really enjoyed our short visit at this property. The location is great. Just a short walk to restaurants and downtown shopping The landlord is very accommodating and easy to contact. We will consider this property next time we visit.

Great help by owner. Comfortable bed. Not enough dish soap for washing things by hand. The bottle left there was just about empty. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Work Stay

We really needed a washer and the one in this condo was broken at the time of our stay. The owner was very accommodating and offered to give us our money back. The owner then came up with a solution. He allowed us to use the washer in his unit across from us.

Not recommended for older people

The main difficulty was the height of the beds. It was very difficult for a 5’2” person to get in and out of the beds. The bathrooms were very small and hard to get into. As usual, the photos made the rooms look larger than they were. The kitchen was well-equipped, but so small that two people had problems with that. The TV did not work…no information. My daughter brought a device on the second day which helped. We left on Thursday instead of Saturday. Best part was the beautiful weather. I think this place was more appropriate for young winter skiers! The owner was very pleasant, but not present, of course.

Blowing Rock Fan

Overall, our stay was very nice. The unit + location is within walking distance to downtown Blowing Rock & very convenient. The unit is equipped with everything you need, i.e., dishes, utensils, appliances, etc., however, there is no ice maker so don't forget to get a bag of ice. I would suggest that the cleaning service clean the outside patio table & seating area and the sheets/linens while clean are very thin; perhaps a refresh is needed. The front glass door will not shut unless you pull on it. The washing machine did not work & was reported to the owner who apologized for the inconvenience. Overall, it met our needs, and we sincerely appreciated the opportunity to stay there.
