"The room wasn’t cleaned when I checked in. I went to the front desk, showed the employee pictures, and explained the situation, but nothing was done about it. No offer to switch me to a clean room and no discount or anything for the inconvenience. That kind of service is disappointing. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here."
