"Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available. But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby."

"We had a great stay. Perfect for a family of 5 or 6. The AC made the hot week very comfortable. The patio is huge and a great place to hang out. The attached garage is so convenient with bikes and beach gear. The only 2 bummers, theres no laundry or a hose to rinse off with outside. But we made do. And filled a tote with water to clean our feet and legs before coming inside. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Host was awesome and helpful! The property is very tight. To pull the sofa beds out you lose all walking space and cannot enter the kitchen. There is not enough room to store the couch cushions while the sofa beds are in use making even less space. There was a water leak the first day in the bathroom coming from the ceiling which we thought was condensation then seemed to stop until the last night. Then water was running down the wall soaking all of our belongings that were on the shelf. The...
