-Views of Lake George
-3 bedrooms (loft as third bedroom) and 2.5 bathrooms
-Sleeps 6 max, (pack n play available for babies)
-split level (have to navigate stairs)
-HOA community within a mile of the town!
-self check in
-High speed internet
-access to amenities (except clubhouse and HOA community boat rentals)
-sheets, towels provided, kitchen items stocked, toiletries to get started
-AC unit on top floor, fans provided for each room, Electric fireplace
-washer and dryer
-Grill on deck

*Summer time:
- pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day)
-tennis/pickle ball/basketball court
-hang out at the decks down by the Lake and community beach (1/2 mile walk or drive)
-Boat rentals, paddleboarding, kayaking nearby
-2 public beaches
-hiking, horse back riding, adventure course, etc
-restaurants and shops in town
-Sagamore Resort (1 mile), Lake George village (10 miles)
-Six flags, Lake George outlets (25 min away), Saratoga Race Course (40 min)

Great stay
We had a nice few days at Katie's townhouse. The townhouse had plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. The location was convenient with a very short drive (2-3 minutes) to the shops and restaurants in Bolton Landing as well as a nice small beach and playground area. Drives to Lake George Village as well as Ticonderoga were also easy. Our kids loved having access to the tennis/basketball court as well as the pool. All in all a relaxing trip!

Family Time
Brought my adult children for a long weekend and we all LOVED it!! Katie and her husband were very attentive and helpful in planning. Location was perfect and we're already discussing going back next year!

Lake House in Bolton Landing
End Unit, very clean house, very nice property, great getaway for family, you are not on the lake per se and kind of have a peekaboo view, so if your looking to be directly on lake this would not be what your looking for, we would definitely stay again and would definitely recommend

Family Reunion weekend
We stayed at this property for a family reunion weekend in Bolton landing. We found it to be very comfortable and well maintained. Our grandchildren loved Veterans park right down the road for swimming in Lake George and playing with their cousins. The location to downtown Bolton was perfect. I would highly recommend this property.

Great place to stay!
Everything about this home was wonderful. Very clean, convenient to lake, Bolton shops and restaurants. Swimming pool on premise was a bonus with the grandkids. Quiet and peaceful. Hope to rent again next year!

Excellent stay !!
The townhouse is at a great location, the association amnenities were good , clean and not crowded. The unit was clean and well stocked ! Owners were very responsive and helpful.
